    This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I pay for prepaid service in my financing that they tried to charge me for. My prepaid service... includes cleaning and a loaner. They did not have a loaner for me even though I called twice to verify that they would, and I put that request in the comments when I made my appointment. They finally gave me a Nissan Altima after I had to explain my need to go to work multiple times; and they acted like they were doing me a favor. They charged me an insane amount for breaks, and they kept my car for two full days. I dropped it off at 9:30 and at 4:30 they had not called with ANY update, so I did. They had not even looked at it or bothered to let me know they wanted to keep it overnight. When I asked whether it would be ready the next day and expressed concern, because I work full time and have two kids to drive around and would have to work picking it up into my schedule, they said that I was lucky to have "free car" to drive around. When I finally picked it up after paying thousands of dollars, they had not cleaned it all. The inside was dirty. I have photos. The windows looked like they had been rubbed with a wet, greasy rag. They did not even look at the items I asked (the trunk will close on you, something is wrong with the sensor). It was opening and closing at the pick-up, and they just shrugged even after I asked them to look at it. The car is under warranty. I think the pre-paid service just makes them treat you horribly. NEVER GO HERE. I would have filled out the customer service survey and made these complaints privately. They called and left me a message saying they were going to send one and never did. I even called and asked to have it sent. Never got it, so I am sharing here.

    I always have great service at this Infiniti dealership. They are friendly, helpful and eager to accommodate my needs. My car gets clean and I get my nails... done, The service is excellent, management always there to help. And I love my car.

    Mike, Sam and Brandan were amazing to work with! The buying process was easy and They met my monthly payment! I was in the dealership numerous times... test driving Different vehicles and they allowed me to take one for the day to show my wife! Amazing people Making great things happen!

    Love the dealership. On another note, you have "We'll will" listed under "Name." Which needs to be changed. What you're saying is, We will will. Just... thought you should now. I used to be a proofreader.

    The staff was courteous and very helpful.They addressed my cars needs in a prompt period of time. I was provided with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle... was being serviced.
