Realmente desagradable la atención telefónica en español

Realmente desagradable la atención telefónica en español de ese dealer. Esta mañana a las 7:50 am llame (equivocadamente pues ese número figuraba como el de otro dealer en Internet) , para hacer un appointment para servicio y la señora q me atendió en lugar de amablemente preguntarme a qué dealer estaba deseando llamar o sugerir q podía estar equivocada pues muy groseramente me colgó el teléfono. Deberían tener más cuidado con el personal que contratan para atender al público. Dado q somos los clientes los que hacemos que los negocios existan: sin clientes que compren y hagan servicios a sus carros no existirían los consecionarios y por consiguiente tampoco sus empleos
