Excellent customer service

Alex and Jose were very helpful and responsive in facilitating a somewhat logistically challenging out of state transaction and shipping of an online vehicle purchase. When the vehicle arrived, there was an unexpected problem with the tires and Alex and the dealership were quick to provide a fair solution. I would certainly not hesitate purchasing from them again.

God bless this people

I had a beautifully Blessed experience coming to Lux Motors.My children and myself was met with a beautiful Spirit when we entered and were greeted and appointed to Jose in our minds is the best thus far,surpassed every expectation that we had,went over and beyond to help all three of us yes three and we all walked out of there with a smile on our face and joy in our hearts,oh yea and a car three cars.all the paperwork and footwork was well worth it and we couldn't have done it with out Jose kudos to such a great team member.Thank you Jose and Lux Motors for everything you guys done for me and my family , God Bless you!

Stay Away

We bought a car from these people and in less than 500 miles it broke down five times. We spent thousands in repairs and the car ended up being a danger to drive. When I called to let the business owner know what happened the manager got on the phone and berated and insulted me. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with Do not buy a car from these people.

Jose is amazing

I really can’t thank Jose enough for how amazing he took care of me. He did a great job and made it so much easier for me to select a car of my choice. I really love how attentive he is and hes the best sales advisor I’ve ever encountered with. Professional and Friendly Staff

The Lux Motors team is amazing. They are friendly and professional. They care about their customers and try their best to meet the needs of the customer. I bought a 2010 Jetta. The car was in a very good condition. The price was great too. It did not break for 3 years. I am planning to shop at Lux Motors again because I need an SUV car now.

fantastic experience

After a poor experience with another dealer, my wife and I made the short drive to tacoma to see Lux motors, the experience was great. The two guys were helping us were extremely efficient, we were in and out with our Chrysler 300 SRT 8 in less than 2 hours and they were happy to work with us to get us out the door in our price range and a payment we were able to afford. We got an Awesome car at a fair price. I would highly recommend Jose And Alex to anyone looking for a good, affordable price car.

Flexible dealership

Great experience! Absolutely loved that it didn’t take hours to complete all the financing steps as it does at a traditional dealership. The three day window to find other financing if I decided was perfect amount of time. Best experience purchasing a vechicle I have had.

Always friendly and fair, I have done repeated business with this company and find them to be very even-handed. If they were closer to me, I would even consider working for them.

Don't buy from this dealership

My son bought a 2009 Ford F350 from this dealership for $21,272.28, plus purchased an extended warranty. Three days after purchasing the vehicle it wouldn't start and had to be towed to another dealership, who has had it since that time and been unable to repair it. They note it was not worth what was paid, the dealership had to know they were selling a defective vehicle, and the extended warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on, that they had never seen such a poor warranty. The estimated amount to repair this vehicle is $20,000.00 and Lux Motors is telling my son he has to pay, that they are not responsible. The extended warranty covered $3,000.00, which has already been exceeded. They should be ashamed of themselves.
