Over the course of June and July, my husband and I took many visits to Mark Martin Motors to see their excellent inventory of large SUV's. The website was always maintained and updated, so we visited frequently. Mark and his staff are kind, honest, caring people, who want you to walk away satisfied with your purchase. They were patient with us in finding the right vehicle for our family. Their prices were the lowest we could find for the mileage and quality of the vehicle we were searching. When we finally made our purchase, we had a problem with our XM radio. They took care of the problem at no cost to us and even gave us a car to use while the repair was being made. We have nothing but praise for this business. Thank you!

This dealership was extraordinary in all aspects . They went to great lengths to accommodate my needs . They picked me up from airport. I flew in from Boston . They jumped through hoops to help me get the insurance to drive home with the car, work out the financing, and even register the car back in Massachusetts . y husband had just passed away and I didn't know the first place to start looking for a car. Hadn't bought a car in 20 years. My husband was a real fuss button and cheap skate (bless his heart), so I knew I had to find just the right place. I found Mark Martin looking online for a minivan. Had no idea what to buy. I called and talked to Joshua and he couldn't have been nicer. Went there to see what they had and drove one around. I am short and have a hard time seeing out of the newer cars and can't reach the pedals. Didn't do anything else at that visit but talk. Called a few weeks later because online didn't see anything close to the price Mark Martin wanted. Mark said come and look at two vans he had in mind for me. Took my son along to check out the van and bought it the next day. They make you feel like the car dealer is your neighbor. Had some problems 3 weeks later. Called and they got the van in the same day and fixed my problems within an hour. Very satisfied with my van. Great people all around!

I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from this dealership, and couldn't be happier. I got a great care for a great price. This dealership is run on the highest principles -- honesty, dependability, and reliability. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!! My husband and I were searching for a vehicle to meet the needs of our growing family and had searched for a particular type of vehicle on the internet. We would then go and look at the them and would spend hours trying to negotiate a price in our budget. Needless to say, it became very frustrating and we felt as though we were wasting our time and that no one really cared about us as a consumer. Then we found Mark Martin Motors and the entire experience was FANTASTIC!! I have never been treated with such respect and honesty while purchasing a vehicle. The staff including the owner are friendly and honest people! I cannot say enough good about this place!! We love our Town & Country and so do our kids!!

Want to thank Josh for his time that he spent with me on a vehicle I was looking at. He was right where to return phone calls and answer my questions. unfortunately , I did not buy this time from them , but will defiantly give them a chance again THANKS AGAIN JOSH.

My husband had been looking to trade his truck in for another model for about 9 months. He would browse on the internet and we would look around at all the local dealerships from time to time. We almost made a purchase late in 2014, but decided to walk since the deal was not that great for us and we felt like we were getting the very short end of the stick. On a Thursday night last week, my husband was looking on the internet for trucks and he came across the Mark Martin Motors website through Cars.com. He was immediately impressed by their great inventory, great prices, great display and explanation of their inventory, and he found a truck that he had been seeking for quite some time and for a GREAT price. I inquired about the truck through their website and I got a call the next day from Caleb. I couldn't follow up immediately because I was at work, so I then received an email from Caleb telling me that the truck was still available and to come in for a test drive and they would also be able to check out our truck and tell us what we could get for a trade. Well, the saying "too good to be true" kept ringing in our ears, but we decided to take a ride up on Saturday to check out the truck and see what the "catch" was. It's about an hour drive for us, so we just decided if it didn't pan out, we would stop and have dinner and enjoy the rest of the day. We had little expectations. It was easy to find Mark Martin Motors and they had quite a bit of inventory at the location, with more down the road. We arrived just about the time that they were closing, but Caleb met us with a smile and took us to the truck to look it over. Caleb told us about their philosophy on selling cars and trucks and how they are a very different kind of dealership. At that time, we were introduced to Mark who explained more about himself and his background and how he wants people to have a different buying experience, a more transparent buying experience when it comes to buying a vehicle. They gave us the keys to the truck and told us to take it down the road for a test. Well, it was beautiful, inside and out, and it drove very well. It was a 2015 with 8,000 miles (almost new in my book). My husband was sold. We went back to the dealership. There was no pressure - they let us alone to talk about it and we even look at other trucks. Mark looked over our truck and said that it was in very good condition and offered a trade value that we were perfectly satisfied with. He offered to inquire about financing and so we did and before we knew it, Carla was getting all the paperwork together as quickly as humanly possible (it's a ton of paperwork). She was so very nice even though she was staying late on a Saturday to finish the deal. In about 2 hours, my husband and I were driving off the lot in our new truck, happy as could be. It was the most smooth, most transparent, most pleasant buying experience you can image. Caleb, Mark and Carla all went above and beyond from start to finish. Super friendly, super honest and very transparent - no hidden anything!!! I highly recommend anyone considering buying a newer car or truck to check out Mark Martin Motors first. Chances are, you will not go anywhere else.

My experience with your staff was good. I made some mistakes before making the purchase. Did not drive the car. Should have. The 6 speed trans. needs some getting used to and your people could have helped me out by explain what was going on. OR I should have driven several newer vans to see if they all acted the same with 6 speeds. Some day I am going to stop by and take a test drive in similar vehicles and compare performance. Also should have paid attention to passenger front seat. The simple two lever control is not acceptable for that price car. Like I said before you guys did a good job, I did not.

We are very pleased with our purchase from Mark Martin Motors. Love our Honda Odyssey! We had the van for about a week and were noticing some vibration from the brakes. They replaced the rotors, no fee, no problems. And were willing to continue until the problem was solved. Thank you so much! In March 2015 we were shopping for a Ford F250/350 Platinum diesel. After a very bad experience with a Ford dealer in White Marsh, MD, we passed on a deal there and started looking elsewhere. I stumbled on Mark Martin Motors on the internet. I looked at their ratings and liked what I saw form other buyers. They also had a good selection of nice trucks, so I took a 40 minute drive one Saturday. They had several nice trucks and let me drive few, which enlightened me and ultimately made me settle on a 2015 they had. It was more than I wanted to spend initially, but the truck was cherry, the price was reasonable and Josh and his dad Mark are the nicest people in the car business I have ever met. I would definitely recommend them and their great website photos accurately portrays what they have. They also gave me a great trade-in price on my Ford F150 which is what closed the deal for me.
