Tie was amazing!

I went to just test drive.

I went to just test drive. The test driving experience was great. He showed me the features of the car and talked ideal payments. I appreciate that I wasn?t haggled into coming in to run numbers. I didn?t feel pressured into anything. The buying process was quick and simple

I came in for a diagnostics and one of the issues I was

I came in for a diagnostics and one of the issues I was having was with my AC, not blowing cold air like it used to when I turned my vehicle in the vehicle was indeed blowing cool air when I got it back my vehicle was blowing hot air. They did not have the parts which is understandable but now my one year-old daughter and I have to ride around in a hot vehicle until the parts come in.

I had been communicating with Marcus via text prior to our test drive. In all honestly, we had no intentions of buying that day, but Marcus made the experience so easy and was able to get us a great deal. We had no choice but to walk out with keys in hand. We never felt pressured or like we were corresponding with a “slimy car salesmen.” Everyone was extremely kind, answered all our questions, and worked hard to get us a great deal. This is my first experience buying new from a dealership, and I have zero complaints!
