After a decision to replace our aging (and in need of major service) vehicle, Nicole helped me identify a replacement online, and connected me with Jon who continued the sales process. Jon was friendly, helpful and engaging and the process couldn't have been much easier. David Hughes handled our transaction, and despite a small hiccup on our part, was helpful, thorough and very accommodating. I really like this place and would highly recommend it to anyone!

They could possibly of been showing out due to me telling them how bad another experience was but I think they were genuine with every interaction. It was unreal and by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. Manager and other employees came up to introduce themselves for no apparent reason. Found some small issues with the used vehicle and they put in writing the would fix it. Top Notch customer service.

I'm a repeat customer of Nelson. My first experience was buying my wife's CX5 last year. We were taking our time and doing a lot of preliminary research several months before we were actually planning on purchasing. I am personally very much a car-guy and tend to have a lot of opinions when test driving them, but I wanted to make sure my wife actually liked her purchase rather than chauffeur me around while I ask about the difference between Mazda's g vectoring and traditional torque vectoring. Levi kept her engaged and feeling like she was a part of the process. As a result, I gave them first shot when going back to get my MX5 a half-year later. Again, I had been on the fence between the Club and Grand Touring, Soft Top and RF and knew I was going to need to spend a day test driving all the variants to see which one I liked. Andrew spent a couple hours with me doing just that and was patient with me as I'd ask to have the different versions pulled side-by-side to get a better comparison. I used to sell cars myself and remember getting annoyed with customers who jerked me around for four hours with no intention of closing that day, so I'm glad Andrew wasn't as temperamental as I was. A week later, I had made my decision on the exact car I wanted and found that another nearby dealership actually had it in stock and was open to negotiation past their internet price. However, because of my past experience and the cooperative nature of the sales staff, I was more willing to pay a slight premium to have them acquire that car and sell it to me and they had it for me the next week.
