DELUCAS IS THE BEST!!

I recently bought a new Jeep cherokee from Deluca Dealership and love it! The process was very smooth and helpful! There is no better place to get a new car.

New Car, Great Dealership

From the beginning of the process with Jeff Walsh, a most excellent salesman, from the finance guy (I am sorry I forget his name but he rocked) to driving it off the lot, this may have been one of the most pain free car buys in history. No pressure, they showed me the exact car I wanted and the rest is history. Great job at Bill Deluca Jeep!!!!!!

New vehicle purchase

It is my second purchase from DeLuca Dodge. Sales team of Lisa and Shawn were great. Sales manager Tony and Gm Mike gave a 5 Star performance. Thank you and the whole staff. Peter

Do not purchase a vehicle here

I am a 22 year old girl who just made her first car purchase here at Bill Deluca in Haverhill MA. Before signing any contract, I was informed the car passed all inspections and everything worked great. After I left, I was instructed to drive back (I am over an hour away) to sign a contract they forgot to give me. I drove there to sign the contract and was told a spare key would be mailed to me. I also told them that same day my radio was not working. The Bluetooth does not stay connected to my phone and the FM radios sound is in and out. I was told to come back and they would look at my radio. Three days later I did the drive back to the dealership and was told my radios software wouldn't download the new update. I was told to come back and have it looked at the next day because the person who was looking at it was not qualified. Upon leaving the dealership, I had my car inspected and it failed because the ebrake did not work. I called the dealership back and left 3 voicemails and never heard back. I had my mother call and she finally heard a response and was told to come back to the dealership the next day. When I arrived to the dealership, they fixed my ebrake and issued me a spare key. The technician looked at my radio and did not notice a delay in my radio at the time, but recommended it should be replaced but wasn't his call. I went to speak with a service manager, he insinuated that I am committing fraud but will get back to me to resolve this issue with my radio. It is now day 6, I have not received any call back and I am too upset to even speak with these individuals. I am currently in college full time and working part time to pay off my loans and pay for this vehicle I wish I never purchased. My family recommended me here after their recent purchases and are shocked to hear about my experience. When I discussed this issue with the general manager, he informed me they can not help me unless it continues to happen (which it hasn’t stopped happening). I do not suggest this dealership and recommend going elsewhere.

Awesome 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic Big Horn

From searching on the internet for a Dodge Ram 1500 for what was on the lot, to delivery of the vehicle after purchase, the whole process was fast, efficient and fair at Bill Deluca Dodge. Nate Brides, who was my sales consultant, was great. He was knowledgeable, responsive and fair. Even when there was a small hiccup when picking up the vehicle, with one of the accessories, Nate went the extra mile to rectify, and make sure I was made whole, satisfied and happy with the vehicle.

Great buying experience

Great buying experience. It was a please working with the salesperson, Lisa Fernandez, the sales manager, Tony, used car manager Mike and ultimately the GM, Mike who.were all very professional and made this a pleasurable buying experience.

Great deal on Dodge Ram Truck!

Visited the dealership after seeing ad for lease deal on new Dodge Ram truck. Our salesman Nate was fantastic! Deal was exactly as advertised and they delivered the vehicle to CT! Excellent customer service from both sales and finance. Will highly recommend in the future.

Great Experience

Great experience buying a vehicle. In past, have had issues with service department not picking up phone, returning calls or having to do multiple times to get same issue corrected
