Beware! - shady dealings at Classic Luxury Motors

A word or warning to anyone purchasing a vehicle from Classic Luxury Motors. Firstly the amazingly high reviews they have, most are likely not from legitimate buys so I would not base any substance in this company based on the reviews alone. I had the misfortune of purchasing a BMW M6 from these people less than a year ago, right from the first phone call I had with the salesman I was told absolute lies about the condition and more importantly the mechanical condition of the car. I bought the car out of state so I relied on a little honesty and trust which I most definitely did not receive. The same day that I received the car , THE SAME DAY, a transmission malfunction flashed on the screen as well, a passenger restraint system malfunction and an emissions warning which reduced the performance of the engine right off the bat . The convertible top had a tear in it on both sides as well which they failed to mention... Great start!, I hadn't driven the car more than 100 feet when these warnings came on so you can imagine my utter distress and anger at obviously being ripped off by the shady folks at Classic Luxury Motors. I called and complained and they were not having any of it and said that the car was perfect when it left their lot ( so on the way from their lot to my drop off point via a shipping / trucking company all these mechanical errors just arose out of the blue ? this is what t hey wanted me to believe.. ). Fast forward 2 months, I'm driving down the highway at 6:30pm and the transmission totally fails almost causing an accident and killing me in the process. After waiting hours on the side of the highway for a tow truck due to the car being totally inoperable i had it towed to my mechanics at a cost of $498...The next day I got the call, I had to spend $7550 for a new SMG clutch, transmission and sensor which my mechanic said that these parts had been damaged like this for many many months before i even received the car so whoever had the car ( Classic Luxury Motors ) definitely knew about these fatal errors with the car that they so willingly sold me. The guys at Classic Luxury Motors took full advantage of me and filed to mention that there was any problems with the car whatsoever even after I asked them about specific items in the engine ( as a previous BMW owner i know what to look for before purchasing ).. Infact the owners son, an extremely rude individual, told me over the phone that the car had never been in any accidents and that the mechanics, engine, transmission and electrical system were all sound in the vehicle. Straight up lied to me he did as did the salesman who lied to me several times with smiles on their faces... So to any new buyers looking to purchase a vehicle beware from this Classic Luxury Motors place, before you pay these people ANYTHING get your mechanic to view and test the vehicle thoroughly because every word the salesman say are total lies just engineered to take your money as fast as possible, because these guys will lie straight to your face. Their. business acumen is disgusting and borderline fraudulent to say the very least. To the owner of Classic Luxury Motors you willingly sold me an expensive vehicle that had numerous mechanical and aesthetical issues which was never divulged after i asked many times. I have already spent over 12k on this vehicle which is more than half of what i paid for the car. Shame on you.

Dealer Lies

Buyers beware!!! I bought a 2012 Dodge pickup truck for my son from this dealership. Their was several minor repairs that needed to be fixed on the truck. The salesman Mohammed assured us that these things would be fixed. After purchasing the truck, we left the dealership and drove down the road to a local QT to purchase gas because we live an hour away. My son locked the door and went inside to pay. After pumping gas he tried to unlock the door and the key we were given would not unlock any doors on the truck. We spoke to a police officer at the gas station and he would not break in to the truck. We were told to call the dealership. We were sold a truck with only an ignition key!!! After several phone calls Mohammed finally showed up and broke into the truck. He promised that they would get us a key and to bring the truck to their shop in Snellville the next day. My son took the truck to their shop the next day. After waiting 5 hours they only items that were fixed was a break light, headlight, and they plugged a tire. He was told that the broken seatbelt part was ordered and will be mailed to our home. He was given a phone number for a locksmith that would rekey the truck. We were given several phone numbers no one knew anything about rekeying the truck and we still have not received the seatbelt part. We have spoken to the owner and the salesman several times and we have not gotten anywhere!!!! We had the truck rekeyed ourselves and we were promised by the owner that he would reimburse us through the mail. We still have not received a check!!!! I would not suggest buying a car from this dealership!!! They will make promises and not follow through.! We are very disappointed with the whole experience and do not want someone else to go through the same thing!!!

Dealer Lies

Best dealer I have shopped at!

I am speechless with the service here. I was in and out of there in no time. I am obsessed with my 2012 Ford F-250 that I got a great deal on. Thank you so much team North Georgia, y’all are truly the best.

Amazing experience!

I purchased a 2012 BMW 550i last week and I am so happy that I chose to purchase a car from this dealer. I was a bit iffy about purchasing from here at first but thank God i did. Irene sold me the car and she is so amazing! She was super helpful and made the process very easy and quick. The car is in great condition and you can’t even tell that it is used and it drives amazing! Very smooth driving and acceleration and the interior is perfect. They have amazing customer service. My remote battery was low and the message kept popping up s I informed Irene and she told me to come by and replaced it for free THEN even gave me $40 for gas for the inconvenience. I am amazed!

Be Careful!

Tried to sell me a $23,000 Escalade that was from New York, full of rust, bald tires, bent wheel, flushed motor, and repainted. Listed as excellent condition but belonged in a junk yard. I gave an honest review on CarGuru, and in retaliation they posted negative reviews about my restaurant even though they have never been there. Very childish behavior.

Awesome Experience and car!

Romman was incredible as a salesman. He was very accommodating since I was coming from another state. We made most of the arrangements over the phone with the in person test drive being the final deciding factor. The customer service was beyond reproach and the price was the best I'd seen from Alabama to NJ. Would recommend to any looking for a used luxury car. I purchased a 2012 Lexus RX 350.

Classy and luxurious customer service!

We purchased a 2012 E-350 Mercedes Benz; black, sleek and absolutely gorgeous. The car was detailed at the highest level of excellence and in excellent condition. The customer service that we received was beyond reproach. The store manager and the sales person were professional, courteous and highly personable (I apologize for failing to remember their names; we purchased the car some months ago). I highly recommend Classy and Luxury Motors; as, the service that one receives is Top Class!

Good Car buying experience

I saw a car I wanted on the Class and Luxury Motors website late Thursday night and sent an inquiry, first thing Friday morning I got a call from Daniel. I told him what car I was interested and that I had already been approved for financing. Daniel ask me to give his finance person a chance and asked me to fill out an application online. They would try to get me a much better interest rate and they did about half the rate of the original approval. I picked up my new car on Saturday and was in and out of the dealership in less that two hours. Would have been less time if I had called my Insurance company before I got there to add a new vehicle. Daniel told me this would be my best car buying experience and he was correct. Thank you guys so much for making this process so easy. I highly recommend. D.H.

Finally... a good dealership

We had to have looked at 10-15 different dealerships, each having poor quality of product on their lot. We were amazed by the amount of junk that we saw out there. You have to wonder what people do in their cars!? This dealership had clean cars. They were not torn up and they ran well. The only reason we did not purchase from them, is we found a single owner car that we could afford to pay cash for. I would highly recommend stopping by and looking at their inventory; definitely worth your time. Cars are clean and the staff is both friendly and professional. No high pressure sales, just a pleasant experience. The only thing I would recommend, is better signage. This is a small dealership and is a little tough to see...look for the Captain D sign and you'll find this place easier.
