Do not waste your time at this dealership.

Do not waste your time at this dealership. They do not accept funds from a major financial institution, Navy Federal Credit Union, and have neglected to disclose this on any public forum/website. This is a preferred banking establishment by both veterans and active duty service members, while serving as a well respected establishment in the finance sector. It is poor practice and misleading to withhold this information, which left me infuriated after a lost day negotiating a vehicle purchase. I had traveled three hours to look at a used vehicle and secured my own financing in advance through Navy Federal Credit Union. After agreeing to a price with the salesman and already adding the vehicle to my automotive insurance plan, I was instructed that the dealership would no accept funds from Navy Federal Credit Union. Upon voicing my displeasure and astonishment, I requested validation from the general manager. It was confirmed that the general manager would not honor the deal through my credit union. I opted to walk away vice use the dealership finance options, which all carried a much higher APR. The dealership needs to do better by potential customers and be forthright with any type of internal policies of this magnitude. I will never consider the Peruzzi Auto Group for a future vehicle purchase and make certain that those within my sphere of influence do the same.

This dealership service department at Peruzzi is

This dealership service department at Peruzzi is terrible. Bought a CPO CX5 with warranty in the spring, and GPS unit failed to function in cold weather once fall hit. Not being much of a car person, I took the car in to Peruzzi service, explained the cold weather issue, and checked to see if they could validate the SD card and possibly update it for me since I was unable to do so via the Mazda utility. They told me they didn't have the ability to look at the card even though the car was under warranty, and offered no suggestions or alternatives. I asked again recently when visiting for a second factory recall service (the first they had managed to schedule and have me drive 45 minutes and show up for despite not even having parts to do the recall repair, a 3 hour waste of my time and workday) and the lazy service department staff gave me the exact same hands-off zero effort blow-off. Turns out I did get free help from an anonymous user on a random Mazda bulletin board - there was a Mazda service bulletin specifically addressing the problem, calling out the exact lot number of my SD card and saying it would cause navigation to fail in cold weather! So had the Peruzzi service team actually lifted a finger and provided service when called upon to do so, my hardware would have been covered under warranty. Because they did not, the replacement SD card is $399.00. I spoke with the service department manager Travis today and he told me he would give me a 10% discount on a replacement - no apology, no inquiry as to how my service visits went down, no nothing. Just his lame attempt to monetize on his service departments incompetence. This place has zero accountability whatsoever so a word to the wise, take your Mazda business elsewhere. Once Perruzi sells you your car, they don't seem to care about customer service and are brazen about it.

This place is the worst dealership I've ever been to in

This place is the worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. They will greet you with a smile and lie to you to line their pockets. My girlfriend bought a used car from here and from the moment we drove it away their were undisclosed issues popping up consistently. She has had the car for 2 months now and has spent $2500+ on repairs DO NOT GO TO PERUZZI MAZDA IN FAIRLESS HILLS.

Horrible service center.

Horrible service center. Had a oil leak and the sprayed my engine with air freshener to avoid fixing the problem. When they finally fixed it put the wrong screws and many other things. This is a boys club and not for people of color or LGBT community.

Dealer response

Tasha, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our Service Department. I would just like to say that we haven’t seen your vehicle in over two years and 30,000 miles ago. When you called the other week our Service Manager Steve was nothing but courteous and respectful to you. Steve offered for you to bring your car back to let us look at the issue you are having but you refused. I apologize for the frustration you are feeling but your statement regarding people of color or the LGBT community is completely baseless and unwarranted. I am not sure why you are stereotyping people from Levittown and Croydon while at the same time accusing others of this same bigotry. I personally have family and many friends that live in these areas and they are good hard-working people and don’t deserve your insults. I am sorry that you are frustrated, but to make unwarranted accusations about a reputable business is just disingenuous and malicious.

Took our 2016 Mazda3 there today and the experience was wonderful, not pushy, washed car and done in a timely manor. We had been taking our vehicles to the dealer in Hamilton NJ, and every time the paperwork either had someone else's name on it or it was someone else's VIN. We switched today and have come to understand that not every dealer is inefficient or operating in chaos. Thank you for the great service we will be back!!!

fair and efficient buying experience

In my nearly 20 years of car buying experiences, peruzzi team set the record today with the least total time spent (under 75 min) to select the vehicle and finalize financing without undue high pressure sales tactics or obfuscation of numbers and figures. Options were presented and discussed as such with appropriate dialog to tailor to my specific needs and wants. To achieve similar outcomes would take hours of hard negotiation, heated arguments, and yes i've walked out before after the fifth time someone has to “go talk to the manager” or other attrition tactics. It was a clear and transparent process, conducted with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and at fair market value. 4 month update: car finally came in and again process wrapped up in about 50 min; a few administrative signatures to update financials, a quick walkthrough of the car, the finance manager Alex was professional and courteous; offering me all the add on options nothing but professional explanation of what is on offer and cost to monthly and total. Car was well detailed with a full tank of gas and I was out of the parking lot in little over an hour as I took time to familiarize myself with car controls. Matt even picked up in courtesy car to make drive home logistics easier for me. Great sales team overall end to end.

Peruzzi - Perfect Place to Purchase A Vehicle!

Spoke and scheduled my appointment with "Sarah" prior to my visit today. Although she was nothing but patient and polite, I almost backed out! I am excited I did not. Matthew sold me my adorable little orange Dodge Dart. I love it! Matt is great. Friendly, professional but personal. Alex is wonderful! Everyone was down to earth, spoke to me and not at me. I most definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Peruzzi. They made my experience comfortable.

Don’t buy your car here! Worst experience ever

They made me a deal…then they said they couldn’t fulfill it after they approved financing AND the trade in of my Mercedes. I’m ready to pick my car up tomorrow and they totally went back on the deal. I had canceled the financing for the last two months of my C 300… Did everything they asked me to do. And then they told me that their information was false and they could not make the deal
