I have been a loyal cuscustomer of Duran Auto inc. for about 6/7 years... The owner Andre is very knowledgable about a wide variety of cars and jeeps. The quality of the repairs made to my vehicles have always been of the highest quality parts and excellent service. The repair we done right and I never had a complaint. I highly recommend Duran Auto to all my family & friends and bring there cars to Durans for repairs as well... In addition, I have punched 4 vehicles from its dealership for both family and myself and never had a complaint. I have had many mechanics service my cars prior to Duran but none of the throughly inspected my car to ensure my safety no matter the repair and let me know what needs to be repaired.

Hi recently purchased a used car from Duran Auto. I really appreciated Andre, Jay and Andre`s father`s patience with me during the time I was trying to find a car good for me and affordable. They were very understanding with my many questions regarding buying a used car. They always returned my calls. No matter how many times they contacted me and shared information with me regarding a car, if I declined, they understood. I didn't feel pressured that I had to buy anything. Their suggestions were always to wait, and the car that you are looking for Will come in. The customer service was excellent, Respectful and Most of all Honest, as well as professional. My car was breaking down after years of abuse from me and I needed something fast. I found a little Hyundai Accent coupe on cars.com at Duran Auto and I went to go see it. The location seemed a little sketchy at first but the owner was super nice and even the finance guy who I immediately didn't like on the phone, turned out to be super nice too. He's just grumpy lol. I bought this car from them a year ago and I've got to say, I haven't had to put any work into it. It's over a decade old, not very nice, very utilitarian. No frills. But it's been super reliable and that's what I needed. I would absolutely recommend Duran Auto.

My 1992 honda was serviced at Durans over the past several years, and I did not want to invest in more maintainence on it. I was debating over the past six months about getting another car. Andre and Jay,and Mr. Mario were extremely patient as I shopped looking at several different cars and test driving them as well, but was not prepared to purchase. I kept checking in looking at the inventory and I finally was prepared to select a vehicle in my price range. They arranged financing and the other needed paperwork required to complete the deal. I appreciate the effort taken with me, I am no easy sale. There was no pressure but I felt comfortable. Thanks guys.

Dealt with Jay to purchase a minivan before my wife gave birth later in the month. I searched various dealers and they did not honor what was advertised. It wasn't till going to Duran Auto that me and my wife felt confident that we were making a good purchase on a reliable family car. Jay was also very helpful in making sure we were approved for an auto loan. He showed us the car fax. It's a month we have had this minivan and it's still running as it did when I drove it off the lot.

I was referred to Andre by a long-time preferred client of theirs and a great friend of mines. My financial situation was tenuous to say the least but I was treated with the utmost respect and Andre and Jay, the finance manager, did everything in their power to put me into a reliable and safe vehicle. I explained my situation and they worked tirelessly with me to purchase a vehicle at a price I could afford. I was referred to Duran Auto by a colleague who bought a car from them many years ago. I was looking for a second vehicle that would basically get me too and from work, with minimum to no maintenance. I first met with Andre and he understood immediately my ignorance as it relates to buying cars. He made me feel like I really knew what I was talking about, and offered me a great deal on a Honda Civic. After meeting with Jay to do the financial paperwork, our conversation made it crystal and clear by the time I signed on the dotted line on what I was purchasing. Seen a Toyota Camry online and was a bit sceptical on driving down to the Bronx to take a look at it. The pictures looked great and the Carfax was perfect. Looked to good to be true so I decided to take a shot and drive down. Once I arrived to Duran Auto, I was greeted by an older gentleman named Mario(aka my new best friend). He was happy to show me the car and insisted that I take it for a ride. I was so glad I did because it truly drove like a new car. At this point I was ready to deal. Mario then introduced me to Jay the finance manager and he was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me with financing and an extended warranty. I couldn't have been happier with the entire transaction. While I was there I met a few of their customers and they had all great things to say about them. I can believe I found a place like this. Very honest and fair. Mario promised me a bottle of his homemade wine and I can't believe he came through and I just picked it up today...love this place!!!!
