Thank you for making my car buying experience an incredible one. Instead of leaving concerned with my decision, finances, or service and support. I left... with a smile and feeling great. Much of it had to do with Jack Chung. Smart, knowledgeable, patient, flexible, truly the best sales person I have ever dealt with during my tenure of buying cars (30 years). I took my car in for a general service check. Two days later I was driving to Iowa to see my family. In the middle of Nebraska about an hour from Lincoln,... a pop happened and the drive shaft fell and a huge puddle of oil started coming out of my car. Granite I got the drive shaft replaced almost a year ago. When I got it replaced I took in twice and both times they told me my car was fine and then one day I was driving and the drive shaft fell apart causing a crack in the catalic converter. Here we are almost a year later and same thing happens and now the damage is worse. I have a whole in my transmission and they found a leak in the oils that seems to be going on for days. Yet this dealership told me my car was fine. My car is in Lincoln Nebraska getting service done. I had to get a rental and was told I can get a loaner from the dealership here. The manager told me they cannot do that and that they are not responsible for any cost. They also told me that any previous work that was done in their shop they are not responsible for. The last two times I have gone to this dealership and got service done, something drastic has happened two days later to my car. There was no concern no help from anyone. Now I am stuck with no car. I will never go here again.
I have had my eye on a GLA since May. Getting new cars is nothing new to me, as I am a guy that likes a new car every three years. I decided to head down... to Mercedes Benz after I had done some online research on the GLA line. I have to admit after seeing them in person and a test drive I am extremely pleased. Before my trip to the dealer, the salesperson, Tai did a superb job in getting to know me, finding out what my wants, needs, and must-haves were. I have not come across many in the business that does all three, usually they focus is on what you want. Upon my arrival, she had a GLA parked out front ready for a test drive. All we had to do what get in and go. During the test drive, I found her very knowledgeable about not only the GLE but Mercedes Benz as a whole. After two test drives, I was hooked and wanted to see if a deal could be made. This is where Tai once again stands out from any other salesperson I have had. She gathered all the correct information correctly the first time, to include everything needed for the trade-in valuation. This has never happened to me before. Everywhere else there always seems to be something they missed or something they didn’t annotate correctly. Tai was perfect first time. Unfortunately, the numbers were not right for me to go forward with the GLA. Nothing that Tai or the dealer could do. The good news is I know where and who I am going to for my next purchase. Mainly due to Tai, but also the excellent experience at Mercedes Benz of Denver.

The team helped me to replace the headlight in a very friendly and professional fashion. I did not make an appointment as I was traveling in Denver from... San Francisco. But they understand my situation and get the problem resolved quickly. Much appreciate! Highly recommended!

Slow Service Slow parts and horrible communication. Not 1 call by the service advisers for updates I was called 1 or 2 times my the gm to make amends but... still neglected to call when my car was done
