Sale managers are horrible and really did not seem like to belong to the Mercedes Benz dealership. They were very unpleasant and rude during the sale process.... I mean sale manger specifically.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. From the salespeople to the concierge, the experience was great. The only thing that was a little frustrating... was the long wait time to do the paperwork and meet with the finance person. But that aside, I love my car and I am so grateful for the phenomenal help Nicholas, Melissa and the rest of the team showed me. Great job!

LOVE my experience with Mercedes Benz of Denver and the team I've been working with there. Lucas made my car buying experience fun, personal, easy, and... very black and white. He has been extremely accommodating with my follow-up questions and making sure my experience outside of the dealership with my new vehicle is perfect and meets theirs and mine expectations. He's the most friendliest and really cares about the experience being the right one for the purchaser versus looking to make a sale/commission. Rich in finance gave me straight to the point facts when going through the paperwork and answered all my redundant questions with patiences. My concierge Melissa was great at explaining the features of the vehicles and setting me up with my Mercedes Benz app. And Chris in service was able to double-check that all the services on my car was up-to-date and I wouldn't have any issues arise anytime soon. Overall, you know the brand, but the team at this dealership will take care of you and make sure your expectations are met and that speaks volumes in the car buying experience.

Terrible customer service with MB of Denver. Had a dispute over the cause of damage to trunk door and MB of Denver proceeded to ignore my concerns and... charge me the most that they possibly could. Will never do business with them again.

I just purchased a Subaru through Tom! Tom was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Tom has great customer service and helped me with every question... I had. I would follow Tom to any dealership he worked at. When I buy another car I will definitely go through him, I highly recommend Tom Berry!!!!

I was helped by Amos Ejuwa and his service was excellent. I came to Mercedes in a bad situation with two car loans and was upside down. Mr. Ejuwa was able... to get me out of that situation and into a brand new Mercedes.

This may be a Benz dealer, but in the end they're just another used car dealer in their customer treatment and negotiation tactics. I made an appointment... and drove 30mins to get there. Ended up getting handed off to a very nice salesperson who wasn't prepared. Had to go back inside to get the key. Had to go inside again to get the dealer plate, which he never found. Took me on a short test drive on back roads. Showed me a reconditioning report and said a repair had been done when it hadn't. I asked him if they were willing to take an offer or if they were a one-price dealer. He said they are a one-price dealer and don't take offers. I said okay, I'm going to look at some other cars and get back to you. He said, what is your offer? And then it was the same back and forth to the manager, talk of dealer handling fee, having me sign a paper with a hand-written offer, then coming back with different numbers. I could tell it was going to be an exhausting experience, so I just walked out. Like I said, just another used car dealer. Maybe it would've been different if I were buying a new Benz.

Eric was already pushy at the beginning. Than I offered him 1000$ bellow the price for a used car and he tells me to go xxxx myself. Horrible sellsman.
