Sales was excellent & incredibly informative & happy to give detailed information & conversation about the vehicle I was looking at. On the other hand, finance was more aggressive & in my face compared to many other dealerships I've been to before. I understand a business wanting to make money, but it felt as though they wanted to dissuade me from making the purchase or scare me into purchasing more than I wanted to. I didn't want to debate my choices with the employee, but it ended up feeling that way once I left & inspired more buyers remorse & anxiety about the purchase than I'd like.

I bought my daughter a used 2012 Audi A5 -exactly what

I bought my daughter a used 2012 Audi A5 -exactly what she wanted black on black - tinted windows - stunning! Drove great for about 3 weeks - we learned the oil was burning off as quickly as we could put it in. I called the dealership was referred to Justin Green - he said bring it in will fix it, and if it still has problems after 30 days, we will replace it with a car of equal value. Well guess what... Ava got a new car a 2017 BMW (another stunner white with black tinted windows, and red leather interior). I could not speak more highly of Justin, and MOD - they were amazing! I now feel my daughter has an excellent car and who knows maybe momma needs a G-Wagon... :)

If you can, AVOID this dealership at all costs.

If you can, AVOID this dealership at all costs. They are not trustworthy and have zero idea what Benz customer service looks like. We have begun both buying our cars and having them serviced at Mercedes Benz of Littleton - more than 30 minutes out of our way to not deal with the staff here. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire and this was the only solution to get it replaced. Apparently, we had to work around the service advisor's day off and when I asked to speak with her manager Nathan, he refused to call me back and had his assistant manager call me instead because he was going to leave town the next day. I asked again to speak with the service manager and was refused again. 72 hours later, our car with the replaced flat and another tire that they forced us to buy was ready. Picked up the car and will absolutely never give this dealership another dollar of our business. Stay away if you can - Littleton has AMAZING customer service - the reason we stay with the Mercedes Benz brand. The difference is really night and day.

Niko my sales associate was professional and down to

Niko my sales associate was professional and down to earth, he made my purchase easy and quick. No gimmicks, no run around, this dealer is just a no nonsense place. They were able to make the process easy as I was an out of state buyer and I would not hesitate with a future purchase from them. They are honest and live up to the prestigious Mercedes name and customer care

Worked with Griffin who was so great to work with.

Worked with Griffin who was so great to work with. But this Review is for the Management team and the GSM. I had spent hours searching online for this specific car, given my deposit info and ordered a lemon squad report (per their request) and was going to pay cash! My Sales guy who I worked with had the day off and his teammates and Management team had a buyer walk in and they SOLD them the car. Unless you are there and are financing this Dealership has NO INTEGRITY. I would not do business with them. Griffin however was a standup guy and very professional throughout the whole process I would recommend working with him if you are buying here.

To clarify, your deposit would not have been charged until after you approved the third-party inspection, and we did offer to refund the inspection fee since you weren’t able to proceed. Balancing in-store buyers with out-of-state interest is never easy, and we truly regret that this impacted your experience.
