I had an outstanding experience buying my car from BMW of Denver Downtown. Anthony Salazar was my sales rep, and he was ready even before our noon appointment to show me a recently traded-in BMW 5 Series. I had pre-arranged financing through Bellco Credit Union, and thanks to Kourosh, the finance manager, they were able to secure me a significantly lower interest rate. Even though I was purchasing a $17K car, I was treated with the same attention and care as someone making a much larger purchase. Their team truly made me feel like no deal is too small. After taking the car home, I noticed a coolant leak—understandably, I was a bit concerned since the vehicle was sold "as-is." I brought it back the next day, and to my relief, Anthony and the service team went above and beyond. They repaired everything at no cost and even provided me with a loaner car in the meantime. Now that the issue is resolved, the car drives perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Anthony, Kourosh, and the entire BMW Denver Downtown team for such a smooth and respectful buying experience. Highly recommend!
