I was planning on buying a car in the next year, so I

I was planning on buying a car in the next year, so I thought I would just drop in to look at inventory. I liked the fact that the salesmen left me alone to look at my own pace. I immediately saw the car I wanted. Next day I thought that Id better go tell them that I wanted the car but still needed a couple of days to sell my current car. I asked Alexander if I could put a deposit or some sort of retainer to keep the car until I could return to do the paperwork. Having bought new cars before I dreaded the paperwork. To my surprise, in no time we had already finished the paperwork and I was the proud owner of a new M235xi. I was going to use the BMW app to pick the colors and interiors but the car that was there was exactly as I would have designed it. I won't pick it up for 2 more days because they have a wonderful computer whiz named Leah who will school me on the electronics and functions of the new car. I got home and was prepared to call my current insurance company next day to insure the new car and I got a call from Autocomplete. Im not sure if they work in tandem with BMW but they offered quotes from a whole list of insurers and I was able to easily pick the one that suited me. Everything about the purchase experience was seamless. I asked Alex if they work on commission and he said they strived to satisfy the customer so they would be repeat customers and thus more sales. Very good strategy! Easiest new car purchase I have ever experienced.

Overall customer relationship skills were excellent.

Overall customer relationship skills were excellent. I Bought a used car that was not ready to go when I flew in to pick it up because of a poor inspection. They worked hard get it right. But, it took awhile.
