I had a 9:00a appointment, arrived 8:55am.

I had a 9:00a appointment, arrived 8:55am. I told the Honda agent, I had a 9 appointment, he asked me to wait in line, waited 25 min to be checked in, Again, I asked how long my car can be done. he said your car service should be done in 1 hour, can you believe I waited for 2 and half hours. I was out the Honda dealer around 11:55a. Do not waste your time if you only needed an oil change.

My wife and were buying a car for her daughter.

My wife and were buying a car for her daughter. Our Sales Consultant Bob Straub was very helpful and considerate to our needs. Everyone was so polite. Business Manager Stephanie Tabor made all the paperwork signing a breeze. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received. I would recommend Page Honda to all my friends. Thank you Page Honda for making our car buying experience a pleasure.

Mr. Sean Fathi AWESOME!!!

Our salesman Bob couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond to help us with buying a car. If you want a no hassle, no pressure, and a complete relaxing car buying experience, then go to Page Honda. Everyone made it a pleasure to buying a car.

R Akand was great in explaining service requirements and also what I came to fix. He gave me what they are going to do and how much time will it take. It was done in time and I was satisfied with the service.

Arrived about 10 minutes before appointment and was greeted and process was started. Was informed about length of time for service and was pleasantly surprised when it was done quicker. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very experienced team.

Very experienced team. All team helped from start till the end of purchase of CR-V. Ron is very helpful and go beyond the limit to help customer. He helped us all the way and provided all information that helped us to make the final decision. Stephanie Tabor help us to get a great interest rate, better than what we had in mind. We are very happy with this experience.

No Guarantee Car Available

I had been in communication via text with this dealership up until my appointment at 5 pm. When I arrived, I was informed that the car I had seen online had been sold 2 hours ago. I questioned staff regarding why wasn't I informed via text that this car had been sold prior to driving a 1/2 hour to see it. I was informed that the person who I was in communication with had no idea it had been sold. I was also told that it takes their website 72 hours to update once a car has been sold. Assuming that this dealership has integrity and is honest with their customers, I suggest updating their software to real time software so all employees are on the same page. All employees should know which vehicles are in stock and which have been sold. Customers should be able to look at the company website and see in real time which vehicles are available. Customers should be able to assume if an appointment is made to see a listed vehicle that it will be available at the time of the appointment. I'm only left with a list of process improvement suggestions for this dealership.
