SERVICE GUSY RE GREAT!!!!!!

TJ AND HIS TEAM MAKE THE HONDA EXPERIENCE AWESOME. EVERYTHING FROM THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE EASE OF THEIR HELP WITHA RENTAL CAR TO THE EXPLANATION OF TEH SERVIC EIS STELLAR. I WILL BUY FRM THEIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN, SOLELY BASED ON THE SERVICE AREA!

2010 Odyssey

Although I did not purchase my vehicle from Honda Bloomfield, they have been nothing but gracious at every visit since 2011.

Best car dealership service in town

Every time I come to have my car serviced, the people are friendly, the facility is always clean and I have never had any issues with repairs. Best service department that I have ever been to.

Great service at Page Honda

I have 3 Hondas and all of them are servericed at the dealership for oil changes and anything else that needs to be done. It's always fast service, great value for your money with people that know what they are doing!

Always excellent

I did not consider any other car than Honda or any other dealership. Always excellent. Always informative. Always helpful. Always courteous. They were able to find me my new Honda Accord Ex-L Hybrid in one day, even though they were in short supply in my state. My next Honda will be purchased at Page Honda Bloomfield, and the next one after that, and the next one after that. My THANKS to a great team.

REASON for SERVICE: "D" Drive light on and...

REASON for SERVICE: "D" Drive light on and blinking. Told: (2) pressure switches (transmission/diagnostics) and flush of transmission fluid needed. They also diagnosed misfire (5) cylinders, needs spark plugs. They just replaced them 18 months before that, the maintenance program indicates every 100,000 miles. Shouldn't their records show that they had just replaced my spark plugs? "Oh", he said.I approved the repair for the (2) switches and transmission flush. "D" light came back on blinking within 24 hours after leaving the dealership. Back to the service center, "need new transmission". While I don't dispute this may be so, this code indicator (P0740) was on BEFORE they replaced the (2) switches. At the initial diagnostics - and the service manager agreed - they should have advised ALL code warnings, and that they could replace the switches but that may not address this other code which would mean a new transmission. Assuming the problem would be fixed with the first $625, it grew to an additional $3k and the problem still unremedied. Oh, and I was also told the maintenance light comes on every 7500 miles so, "you can come in and give us more money". SERVICE MANAGER was supposed to call me after he discussed all of this internally. That didn't happen. I called him - got a voice mail and still haven't heard back.

page Honda new owners

Great experience, process was quick and easy. I got a great deal after shopping around 3 other dealerships. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone whining looking for a new or used honda.

Great customer service & great price

I had a wonderful experience at Page Honda. After only owning Fords and knowing little about Hondas i decided to shop on line. This is where I met Crystal, who was amazing ! Crystal called and emailed me several times with all the information that i requested, unlike other dealers that i contacted. Once arriving at the the dealership Crystal introduced me to Al, the sales manager. Al had me work with Tammie who was dynamite ! Tammie and Al helped me find the CRV that was perfect for me and at a great price. Thank you Crystal, Al, and Tammie for your excellent customer service and no non-sense approach to earning my business. I would recommend Page Honda to anyone looking for a great deal & great customer service.

Great Customer Service

Had a great time purchasing my 3rd Honda from Bloomfield. I love the new management! My sales consultant, Mike Ulrey was wonderful. Very personable and knowledgable of Hondas. My first interaction was with Jaimie Andrews, the Internet Specialist, who provided my initial pricing. She is super kind and she introduced me to Mike as being by sales person. Love the entire experience!
