While I was just in the initial stages of looking, the dealership wasn't very communicative during the process. Emails would go unanswered, and even when they were answered, it took days for a response. Finally, I was told a couple of times by the Internet sales rep that her manager would contact me. He never did. Maybe my situation was a red flag, but give me the court of explaining the lack of communication and/or why things were handled they way they were

Used their service Department this week.

Used their service Department this week. They were proficient and quick. Had overall vehicle inspection, oil change, state inspection and sway bar repair completed in two hours! They sent a video explaining what they saw. Made recommendations for tires to be replaced probably at next years inspection and brakes were graded a 4 on the front and 6 on the back! Will have front ones probably done within the year! I bought my 2016 Mazda 6 here and have a great experience with their sales and service departments! I hope to buy my next vehicle from them in about 2 years!!

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. When I asked for the general manager to call me, I never heard from anyone. It took several trips to the dealership before I was able to take the car home. I had a loaner for an entire week, I finally called and miraculously it was registered the next day! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
