I've been shopping for cars for 35 years, in and out of all different dealerships, I honestly have to say this has been one of the best experiences with a dealership and I thank Lester Glenn Ford for the excellent service. Wonderful employees and a 5 Star Service Department.

I was interested in the Ford Explorer Sport for awhile now, but I wasn't sure if i was really going to get one soon or not. I wasn't looking forward to going to several different dealers to try and find the best price. I went to visit Lester Glenn Ford, and met Brian Taylor. He was a really cool guy, and very professional, as was everyone else at the dealership. He was easy to work with, and didn't haggle me on prices at all. He did his best to give me the best deal that he possibly could, and I drove the car home the next day. I would definitely recommend anyone that goes to Lester Glenn to talk to Brian. Great guy, and a great place!

I have dreaded the car buying experience for as long as I can remember. I normally set aside an entire day If I am going to buy a car. It has always been an agonizing ordeal. Lester Glenn Ford is like nothing I have ever experienced before. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joseph Frank for my new car and cannot say enough about how efficiently, honestly and quickly he was able to get me driving my fully loaded Ford Fusion! He asked me what I needed, what I could afford and within minutes had me approved!!!! He never pushed me but always offered support and wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. When I arrived at the dealer to pick up my car he had a sales associate, Ashur Hayes, help me with my paperwork. Ashur was so patient with me. He explained all the features my car offered and even helped me link my phone! I am still shocked everytime I open front door and see my beauty in the driveway. We needed to get a car asap and our credit was not good we had gone to 2 dealers already and they just lied to us Lester Glenn was the best they did everything they said they would and more we were approved but than we had a change in our status but Lester Glenn stay right with us and went beyond what a normal dealership would and got us approved again at a interest rate lower than we expected and in the same vehicle they were the best in all facets as a dealer we will definitely be going back to them and recommend them to our friends and family they were the best and really came through for us

I was interested in a used jeep in mint condition they had on their lot, the night I went in to see it I was offered an amazing deal. It was a "tonight only" special, however, when I told the guys I would not be leaving with it tonight, they told me they would stand by their deal if I were to come back. Joe jumped through hoops to get me the rate I wanted along with an amazing deal. Throughout this process they were so patient and attentive! I'm gonna recommend this place to everyone I know going to buy a new car. The only downfall they did have with me was the morning I went to pick up my jeep, I noticed there was a ding in the door, an obvious sign of someone swinging their door open and hitting it. When I noticed it they said they would call me to make an appointment to fix it and I haven't heard from them. They still get 5 stars because everything they did, they went above and beyond and I trust theyll get this dent fixed for me!

I was so comfortable with my time spent at Lester Glenn Ford and the way Eric Leshin my salesperson understood my needs and did his best to accommodate me. I test-drove the Edge and the Explorer and decided the Edge was more in line with what I wanted in a vehicle. I met with Chris (the financial manager) who informed me of various options that were available. The dealership took care of my return lease (which was from a different dealer/manufacturer ) and this made things even smoother. I picked up my new car a couple of days later, at my convenience, and again experienced no hassle and a smooth transition. I will be leasing from Lester Glenn going forward!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Eric and he did not hound us but rather made my wife and I feel comfortable with working with him throughout the sales process.

Throughout my years of car ownership, I have never been compelled to write a review about any service department until now. My car was in for a non-warranty related issue. The service department offered guidance, saved me money, had my vehicle fixed in a timely manner, were incredibly professional and friendly, kept me up to date on my vehicles progress and returned it to me in BEAUTIFUL condition. Over and above! I am incredibly grateful! Thank you, thank you!

I purchased a new Ford Escape for my wife. Did some research and decided on the Escape. Salesman Ashur Hayes was very helpful.Told him what my wife liked in a car and found something on the lot that fit my price and needs. Brought my wife in to test drive the Escape. Two hours later we drove in home.
