Love love love this dealership all around every department goes above and beyond!

Car door on passenger side would not open from inside, didn?t know until we got home. Went back to dealer and found out they had ordered part, we were never told that.

My wife and I were shopping for a used vehicle to be used as a part time "family" car, and part time car for our daughter who is about to get her license. Jim Ellis had the car we were looking for at the price we could afford. The sales staff and the finance staff were informative and friendly. They were knowledgeable and they did not pressure us into making a hasty decision. We have never owned a Volkswagen before, but based on how we were treated from beginning to end, we are very likely now to come back to Jim Ellis.

I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle. I actually live about 5 hrs from the dealer and they were able to make me a deal that was well worth the trip. Leanne was great setting up the deal and Luke took awesome care of me on the day.

The service department was a pleasure to work with !!! My car needed to stay overnight to have my repairs done , and they offered and provided a loaner vehicle without me asking. The repair were completed in a timely manner. Heck even scheduling the appointment was easy on line . Jim Ellis VW does such a better job than the "OTHER " VW dealership down the street !! Thank you Jim Ellis VW for your dedication to your customers!!

This is my second car from Jim Ellis VW. Both experiences were everything most dealers are not. Very courteous and respectful of my time. Negotiations on the price were respectful and nothing was "hidden" or "by the way...". The car that i saw online was there and so was the salesperson, unlike the 4 other dealerships I called ahead visited in the past 3 weeks.

The staff was friendly. Our sales person was Alex Tsankov. He was straightforward and honest. Not pushy at all. He showed us what we wanted to see and answered our questions. We did not feel pressured to buy. I would recommend this dealership. We had a much better experience here than we did at the Alpharetta location earlier in the week.

This dealership was awesome! I had to purchase a vehicle due to an accident. I was devastated about the loss of my Tacoma. Everyone at this dealership, from the chat person to the top man, was super patient and kind to me and my family during the entire process. Gem even spent a good deal of time with me after the purchase explaining all the new technology to me and helping me set it all up. Shout out to Stephanie, LeiAnn, Gem, Curtis and Erwin! Thanks for making a difficult time for me so easy. I will definitely use this dealership for my next purchase. I can’t complement them enough. No complaints 😊.
