In the area to visit family and needed to replace our grandson's hazardous vehicle with something reliable and economical. After extensive online research we visited Premium and found the perfect car...a 2003 Chevy Impala with low mileage and in excellent condition. Andy and Laura made the process go smoothly and within a few hours everyone was happy! We recommend them most highly for their attention to detail and follow-up service when the Check Engine light came on... working with my grandson's school/work schedule...to repair the problem. Also, every one of their cars comes with a Carfax report and is meticulously detailed. We've already referred two other friends to this dealer!

Andy stayed late on Saturday to help me with my purchase. He allowed me ample time alone to inspect and test drive the car I had come 300 miles to purchase (from Cincinnati.) He handled the paperwork in an efficient manner, and we talked some about our shared interest in a variety of cars. This was one of the best and probably THE best buying experience I have had purchasing a car! Thank you, Andy! I will do business with you again. (Oh, and Andy drove the car up onto my car hauler for me, and he and his employee helped secure it to the hauler.)

After searching online and visits to other dealers I happened upon this shop and decided to check out the Honda fit they had in stock. Greatest decision ever. You can tell that they only buy good used cars. Every car on the lot looked good and was exactly as it was advertised. Andy was very friendly and helpful. He helped us get a loan within an hour and within 2 hours we had our car and were on the way. The price of the car was great and the car looked just like it did online. It wasn't like other used car dealerships where you get to the place and the car has a bunch of stuff wrong with it and the people just try to sell you whatever they can. This is an honest dealership, which is not something you can say about a lot of other places. Great prices, great cars, and great people. I will definitely be recommending this place to people and if I ever need another used car I know where to go.

Was interested in a car, drove about an hour to the dealership on a Saturday and within 3 hours I was driving my car home. The car was in immaculate condition. Laura and the guys were understanding and cooperative. Really friendly place. The parking for the dealership is very tight as it is a smaller dealership (don't let that fool you, they have great cars there.) but they said they may be looking to relocate so the are aware of the situation.

Andy was very helpful in the buying process. We were looking for an Acura MDX and with the purchase process high integrity and high customer service. Just what we needed and wanted.

When my daughter's Toyota ECHO was totaled, the only acceptable replacement for her was another ECHO. With the market for ECHO's being limited in our area, we broadened our search to the Chicago area, where we found the car she would eventually buy at Premium Motors. Given the 150 mile distance to the dealership, I made numerous requests about the vehicle before making the trip. Laura was very prompt at answering all of my email questions, both during normal business hours as well as evenings and weekends, and quickly provided me with additional pictures specific to my request. They were willing to work with us on pricing, and the purchase process could not have been simpler. I also took note of their inventory on the lot, all of which appeared to be quality cars in good condition. Will definitely consider them for future purchases.

The shopping experience was as easy and pleasant as I have known. All of my questions were answered honestly and I appreciated the solo test drive.
