AVOID AT ALL COST World Class Motors LLC, Indianapolis. Salesman Tyrrell. I am an out-of-state buyer from North Carolina. I submitted a credit application, had my credit pulled, was approved for financing, had a PPI scheduled at Noble Mechanic, and was verbally told the car would be held. Minutes before I sent the deposit, customer care rep Ashley texted me to inform the 2007 Lexus GX470 had already been sold to someone else. No phone call. No warning. Nothing. I had been in active communication with Tyrrell for days. The vehicle also had a known active KDSS warning light documented in the Lexus service history on 4/9 an expensive repair the dealer was aware of prior to sale. They wasted my time, pulled my credit for a transaction that never happened, and showed complete disregard for a serious buyer who was fully engaged in the purchase process. Zero professionalism. Zero communication. Zero integrity. I will be filing complaints with the CFPB, Indiana Attorney General, and FTC. Stay far away.

Do not purchase from this dealership if you enjoy your money!! Might as well flushed $13,000 down the toilet. I bought a vehicle and found out soon after purchase the frame was d so structurally compromised with rust that I wasn’t slowed to drive it home due to safety reasons. On top of that, they turned off the check engine lights prior to purchase! The day I got the vehicle- the light popped on and told me there were 2 catalytic converter failures. Their fix? Nothing!! Apparently severe rust to one of the most crucial parts of the frame is covered under their as is!! That tells you everything. Get an independent inspection before buying here—especially underneath. Better yet, fine purchase From here at all. Don’t sign an as-is. What you can’t see may cost you thousands and put your life at risk

It is absolutely horrible what this dealership did to me. I am waiting to get reasonable compensation from them ( it’s already been over a week.). If they don’t, I will be back to tell full story. Please call with any questions or concerns about this dealership and I will help!!

Tyrrell was very professional, patient and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed the experience. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, make sure to do your research, ask for what you need, review the carfax report, and work together with Tyrrell to purchase your next vehicle. He is honest and sees the value of building a solid customer base.
