    This place is good at one thing only and that is selling you a car. They will do or say whatever is needed to get you to sign the dotted line, but after... they don’t follow through. Their word means nothing. Back in May 2019, we purchased a 2010 Audi Q7 from them. There were a few issues with it that we knew about going in, but were promised these items would be fixed. Prior to purchase we were told that the amp needed to be replaced (because the console/stereo/AMI wasn’t functioning) and the O2 sensor was also in need of replacing. We agreed to the purchase, because they put on the paperwork that the repairs would be made. Cut to a few days later and they have taken the car into the shop to make the repairs…..great! 8 days later we go to pick up the repaired car, and the speakers are not working. So they have me take the car to the Audi dealership for the proper programming that should fix the speakers, and upon pick up, the speakers are still not working. Since the day of purchase I have been in contact with the salesperson explaining that I do not feel comfortable with the purchase, but he kept reassuring me everything would be taken care of. So while waiting the few weeks for World Class to get the new amp for replacement, the AdBlue pump goes bad, the car will not start, and has to go into the Audi dealership for repair……..which takes 3 MONTHS because the part has to be manufactured in Germany and shipped here. (Thankfully this part was still covered under warranty.) Once again, I am in contact with my salesperson at World Class the whole time, because I really would like the amp fixed. The moment I pick the car up from Audi I contact World Class, and my sales person tells me he no longer works there (because of their shady behavior towards their clients) and tells me to call them directly for service. I called them numerous times, each time talking to a friendly staff member, who then promptly sends me to voicemail. I never once received a call back. So then I got the owner’s, Sebastin’s cell number and called him. He was obviously not thrilled that I was calling, and remembered who I was. He told me to text him my info, which I did twice. And to no surprise I did not receive contact back. Never again will I think of purchasing from this place, and I hope others don’t get stuck in the same situation that I am in. They are a joke of a dealership!

    Did not make the same mistake I did and buy a car from this dealership. They were dishonest at every possible point, would not agree to deals that were... agreed upon previously, and I regret buying from them.

    Wow! This dealership truly blew me away. LaMont was an amazing help in picking a great vehicle for me and my son. The customer service was better than... anything else around; especially for a locally owned business. I started out browsing their website, and might I say that the vehicles truly look as beautiful in person as they do in the photos! Nothing but positive feedback in my eyes, these people are wonderful.

    Lamont is a man of his word. I traveled a good distance to see this man.If Lamont says the car is good ...its good! You can leave the dealership with confidence... that you got a good deal! He cares about people and the cars he sells! If he can offer you a better deal he will. He will work with you before and after the sale. Thank you for such Steller service.

    I had an excellent experience that I did not expect from a smaller used car dealership. The sale rep that helped me was very nice even offered me a coffee.... I asked for a test drive and was promptly put in the car without many questions or the usual sell speech. They had no problem when i asked to take the car for inspection. never felt pushed to buy!! Love the personilized keychain they gave me with the purchase of my ML,very professional!

    April 24, 2018, I purchased an almost new 2017 Cadillac CT6 from World Class motors via the internet and subsequent telephone negotiations. The one option... I insisted the car have was Adaptive Cruise Control. I told them I would not buy the car if it was not so equipped. My contact at World Class Motors was Scott, whom I believe is the sales manager. He told me he had checked the car and it indeed did have Adaptive Cruise Control. This is a $2,000 plus option when buying the car new. I agreed to purchase this vehicle and made arrangements to have it delivered to me in Virginia. I road tested the car when it was delivered, but I did not take it out on the highway to test the cruise control. When I did drive it on the highway, I discovered there was no Adaptive Cruise Control. I called Cadillac to verify this. I contacted Scott and informed him of the problem. He told me not to worry, they would find a similar car that had Adaptive Cruise Control, and we would make a trade. This never happened. I repeatedly called Scott for information. I also left numerous messages with other World Class Motor staff. I informed them that I had parked the car in the garage and was waiting to hear from them. I received no call backs or updates. I waited seven weeks and decided it was a lost cause and applied for new tags because the dealer tags had expired. Whether this was an honest mistake or not, World Class Motors should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for their lack of responsibility, integrity, and customer support. An unhappy customer!!
