My LS 460 experience !

On 8-31-2011, I bought a 2011 LS460 from World Class Motors. Very clean and nice dealership with lots of exotic and high end luxury cars. I had been looking for a LS460 for a few weeks and this car was the one I wanted. After experiencing more than one two bit salesmen at lower class used car lots, I was certainly pleased with Alex at World Class Motors. He is very knowledgeable in the trade and easy to deal with. A whole different place indeed. I hadn't bought a used car in 10 years or so and I can say things have changed quite a bit. With that, Alex was certainly patient with me and after a few days we managed a deal that worked for both of us. I would recommend World Class Motors to anyone looking for a more particular car that's been checked out very well and necessary repairs taken care of before hand. Thanks to World Class Motors, and Alex as well, for a very good experience buying a used car.

My LS 460 experience !

Sending referrals for a great car at a good price

Having been in the car sales industry I was ready for any non-professionalism. With high standards to compare to World Class met my expectations. From my sales rep having the car pulled out front waiting on me, to the test drive, all went well. Typical negotiations went as expected and I walked away with a car and price I was happy with. My sales rep Dennis was professional and helped answer all questions I could come up with. I've already taken my wife there to look into cars she may like. The purchasing process was smooth and received great customer service from the finance manager Remy. They have earned my future car purchases.

Excellent Sales process. Great service.

I called from Western Ma to buy a 2012 Land Rover LR4. It was exactly what my wife and I wanted and was the only one with the options we were looking for in the country. I dealt with Robert for the entire purchase. He was professional and responsive through the process. World Class worked with me on price, some work it needed after a third party inspection, and transportation from Indiana to Massachusetts. They went above and beyond for a customer they never met in person. It’s been an amazing experience. We love our Rover and will gladly do business with them again.

A joke of a dealership

This place is good at one thing only and that is selling you a car. They will do or say whatever is needed to get you to sign the dotted line, but after they don’t follow through. Their word means nothing. Back in May 2019, we purchased a 2010 Audi Q7 from them. There were a few issues with it that we knew about going in, but were promised these items would be fixed. Prior to purchase we were told that the amp needed to be replaced (because the console/stereo/AMI wasn’t functioning) and the O2 sensor was also in need of replacing. We agreed to the purchase, because they put on the paperwork that the repairs would be made. Cut to a few days later and they have taken the car into the shop to make the repairs…..great! 8 days later we go to pick up the repaired car, and the speakers are not working. So they have me take the car to the Audi dealership for the proper programming that should fix the speakers, and upon pick up, the speakers are still not working. Since the day of purchase I have been in contact with the salesperson explaining that I do not feel comfortable with the purchase, but he kept reassuring me everything would be taken care of. So while waiting the few weeks for World Class to get the new amp for replacement, the AdBlue pump goes bad, the car will not start, and has to go into the Audi dealership for repair……..which takes 3 MONTHS because the part has to be manufactured in Germany and shipped here. (Thankfully this part was still covered under warranty.) Once again, I am in contact with my salesperson at World Class the whole time, because I really would like the amp fixed. The moment I pick the car up from Audi I contact World Class, and my sales person tells me he no longer works there (because of their shady behavior towards their clients) and tells me to call them directly for service. I called them numerous times, each time talking to a friendly staff member, who then promptly sends me to voicemail. I never once received a call back. So then I got the owner’s, Sebastin’s cell number and called him. He was obviously not thrilled that I was calling, and remembered who I was. He told me to text him my info, which I did twice. And to no surprise I did not receive contact back. Never again will I think of purchasing from this place, and I hope others don’t get stuck in the same situation that I am in. They are a joke of a dealership!
