Delores and Dave made my shopping so streamlined and easy. This was the first time in almost 50 years that I have ever bought a brand new car and these guys have made it really difficult to go anywhere else in the future because of just how much they rock!!

The dealership was relatively easy to work with and had some willingness to negotiate on price and details. We felt like we got a fair deal on a great vehicle and were able to drive it home the same day. The sales and marketing people were professional, courteous and easy to work with.

Worst.

Worst. Experience. Ever. I bought and paid for a brand new Forester. Due to an error on the dealer’s side, the car was not delivered to me in brand new condition. This is something the dealer could correct, but they have refused. Everyone I’ve talked to has passed the buck. The message is clear: Once they have your money you no longer matter. The issue still has not been resolved.

Worst.

Tim and Shawn were excellent to work with.

Tim and Shawn were excellent to work with. I had many questions about features and functions and all were explained clearly - all the way to the paperwork to finalize purchase. I test drove the Forester and Outback and ended up buying the Outback the next day. When I pick ip Outback Shawn will go over basic operational functions again and after a couple weeks he will go over again and educate me on additional functions. This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. No salesperson xx or pressure. Transparent. The financing options were also a factor in purchasing the Outback. What a great team at Dean Team Subaru! Well done.

I had a great experience with the Dean Team.

I had a great experience with the Dean Team. From the first initial messages with Myles to the efficient signing of paperwork with Jason everything went great. I felt taken care of and treated fairly when trading in my old vehicle and purchasing the new one. As a woman buying a car alone this is HUGE. Cannot recommend them enough!

My wife and I chose this dealership for two reasons to

My wife and I chose this dealership for two reasons to lease our new Forester. Dean team is in Ballwin and our son uses this location to service his Outback. The leasing experience we had could not have been better. Smooth and easy process allowed us to get the exact Forester we wanted and the terms we wanted. Shawn has very good interpersonal skills, product and process knowledge. I would seek him out for future purchases/leasing at this store.
