Worst.

Worst. Experience. Ever. I bought and paid for a brand new Forester. Due to an error on the dealer’s side, the car was not delivered to me in brand new condition. This is something the dealer could correct, but they have refused. Everyone I’ve talked to has passed the buck. The message is clear: Once they have your money you no longer matter. The issue still has not been resolved.

I pretty nervous as this was my first new car purchase in 19 years. Instead, this was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. The whole process was easy, and pretty quick with no pressure. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Subaru. Keep up the great work!! I got a quote through the AAA car buying service (True Car), and Delores from the Dean Team very quickly reached out find out when would be a good time to stop in look at cars and take a test drive. John O greeted me as soon as I arrived, and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He was very patient and took the time to understand what I was looking for, and explain the various options that were available on the Crosstrek, and what cars they had that met my needs. He even had 2 cars available for me to look at and test drive. He clearly explained everything as we worked through all of the paperwork, and presented me with various options to finance my purchase. The car I eventually picked was a little different from the specific one and price that I was quoted from True Car, but he was quickly able to be arrange a similar discount on the one I chose. They also offered me a better value for my trade-in than I expected (especially since it's really old with a few mechanical problems). He presented a few options for some add-on warranty and service packages, but I didn't feel any pressure from him to get them (though I did end with some of them since I plan on keeping this car for quite a while and it made sense to me in the long run). Ike was very clear and quick in walking through the paperwork for financing and my trade-in. Afterward, John scheduled a courtesy follow-up, gave me a quick tutorial on my new Crosstrek, and told me to reach out at any time with any additional questions. From arriving at the dealership to driving off the lot with my new car was just under 4 hours, including the time to install some of the accessories that I bought.

Test-driving cars and eventually buying one at Dean Team

Test-driving cars and eventually buying one at Dean Team Subaru was really an easy, low-pressure experience. John in sales was friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable about the vehicles we tested. When we decided to buy, the paperwork process was easy, straightforward, and much faster than expected. Best new car buying experience we've ever had by a mile.

We have leased a Subaru every 3 years now for 9 years. We have nothing but positive reviews for the personnel of sales, service and finance. Sales and service departments are by far the best we’ve ever dealt with. We feel good about doing business with the Dean Team!
