Once again McLarty Daniel of Springdale comes through with the awesome service and got me back on the road. I am a professional driver I drive coast to coast "literally". I've been to CDJR's all across America. This is my personal testimony. Believe it or not but McLarty Daniel of Springdale is one of the best dealerships in the country. I have a 2017 Ram Promaster 2500 that's still going strong because of them. All the dealerships across the country have a Service Team, nice clean lobby, coffee machine and TV's and other amenities. So the question is what would make one CDJR special over another? The answer is "Going that Extra mile for the customer" this is what the McLarty Daniel staff does exceptionally well. Fast and friendly service. I appreciate the quality of service provided. Knowing they have factory trained technicians to work on my Dart puts me at ease.

This was my first visit. The personnel in the parts and service departments were very helpful and courteous, and the work was done quickly and professionally.

Service Manager Joe Green 2nd to none flat out awesome especially Scott and the rest of the Gang. The service Techs proactively look for safety and mechanical issues to bring to my attention.

September 2018 is when I first came to McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Springdale. The two main reasons they aggressively fix the problem and 2nd not once have I ever needed to check over the work performed it’s done right the first time around. Both Service Writers and Maintenance Techs take time to explain the cause and repair done in the most professional not like other dealerships they just removed and replace here’s the bill

My 2011 Dodge Caliber had wiper problems. I had previously replaced the Total Integrated Power Module (TIPM). I brought my car in, scheduled via online, and it was promptly seen by a mechanic, troubleshot, & told I had a bad wiper motor & a bad TIPM. Brought the car back 2 weeks later, expecting to have both parts replaced. The mechanic replaced the wiper motor, cleared the DTC's, and found the TIPM to be good, This saved me $1600; it could have been replaced & I would be none the wiser. Integrity & and honesty. Colt Huskey was the service manger. He knew and addressed me by my first name, kept me informed, and he knows my vehicles. Always a busy man, but he does not forget his customers. all in all, I fond the staff friendly, helpful, and informative.
