Since you walk in everyone greets you like they’ve known you for years. They’re very professional and service oriented. We took the car in for the first service. Our service consultant Alain Lorenzo kept us on the loop on everything they were doing to the car and managed to always answer calls. Excellent is too little to describe his service.

Very Friendly and no pressure sales. Showed me everything I wanted to see and the buying process was pretty smooth minus 1 hiccup. But that was just a little longer wait on the paperwork than expected.

Everything was good, except no car Loaners and to rent a car means you have to leave your location it is extremely inconvenient so it makes it difficult to drop your car off for service without preplanned plans

I was there for my 1 maintenance of my Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Mr Guerra, my contact, was professionally , friendly and very very polite. I’m waiting just 2 hour and I stayed in the guest area whit coffe , water and juice available.
