If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. This past June I was in the market for a used Lexus SC 430 and I spotted the one I wanted online at MS Motors. I had Brandon do a Facetime walk around and I noticed that the driver side door handle was missing its cover which Brandon said they would fix. I decided to go ahead and Brandon immediately sent Docusign paperwork to finish the deal and paid $500 for shipping. I live 167 miles away from Portland but as it happened my wife was going to Eugene that week end so I decided instead of having it shipped I would have my wife drop me off at the dealership so I could pick up the car. After dropping me off we did a walk around of the vehicle, the door handle cover was replaced but it looked like a 5 year old repaired it(SEE PHOTO) but I figured I could get another cap and it would not cost too much to replace. I signed a few more papers and off I went. This is where the horror story begins and does not end for 4 months. The old saying that used car salesmen could give a crap about their customers once they have their money I have found out the hard way that there is more truth to that claim then a person could ever know. A mile away from the dealership I stopped to fill up the tank so I could make it home to Port Orchard. When I put the key in the ignition the car would not start. I called the dealership and Brandon came over with a jump kit and got it started. That should have been my first clue this was a shady deal. When I asked Brandon what the problem was he said the car hasn’t been driven much and by the time I hit Port Orchard it be fully charged and all good. When I get home and a few days later it was going to be 95 degrees out and I was looking forward to taking the car for a spin. When I did the air conditioner was blowing hot air. I took it to the Lexus dealership and it cost me $250 for them to tell me I need a new compressor and it will cost me $1200. I call Manny and text him a photo of the Lexus estimate and he says he is willing to reverse the deal and give me my money back but I would have to pay a penalty. He agreed to refund me $12,000 of the $16,000 I had paid including shipping. A $4,000 penalty I thought was much but what could I do? Every other week I would call Manny to ask about my refund and he would tell me its going to take time because the bank already had the money and reversing the transaction is not that easy. After a few weeks of being avoided and realizing there was not going to be a refund based on his behavior I decided to offer to buy a new compressor if they would install it. So they did and I offered to come get the car but Manny preferred to ship it. After driving it for a few weeks the engine starts misfiring. I take it in for a diagnostic and it says that there is a misfire in cylinder #3.The mechanic rips into the engine and finds out that the spark plug in cylinder #3 is not even attached and is banging around. It was so bad that the threads on the engine side were gone. (SEE PHOTO). The mechanic who has no skin in the game told me that it had been that way for a long time and that the dealer had to have known about this problem. The engine has been running on only six cylinders for a long time. That’s probably why Manny wanted to ship the car instead of having me come pick it up. It would have been a gamble driving back to Port Orchard. It cost me $1350 to have the problem fixed. Today is October 1st and I finally got the car back from the shop and it runs great. Not only that but the shop warrantees their work for 2 years 24,000 miles. Now that’s how you take care of your customers. If you want the unvarnished truth DO NOT!!! Buy a vehicle from this dealership. They lack honesty, integrity and morals. When I sought a remedy, I was Ignored. I hope they dont claim to be Christians

I had a great experience dealing with Max Rossi at MS Motors. No high pressure salesmen here, no games, no bs. Got a great rig and they gave me fair market value for my trade in. I'll definitely be back when it's time to make another purchase!

I purchased a used vehicle from MS Motors a couple months ago. We will start with one of the closing comments after I signed for the vehicle, went something like this "this is sold as is, dont contact me for anything on this vehicle." I had been up and looked at the vehicle a few days prior to picking up the vehicle. When I came back to pick it up and sign papers they had taken the floor mats, dash cover, and a grab handle out of the vehicle. Perhaps even some other stuff I missed. Next issue, I was told that the detailer broke the grille and they had one on order. I have not recieved this grille. I should have gotten it in writing. Mechanical issues, they seemed to have hid a few problems on the vehicle. - The driveshaft was making noise after driving it home, I crawled underneath and on of the CV joints was definitely bad and appeared to have been packed with grease to hide the issue. - The check engine light came on in about 100 miles for catalytic converter and several other issues related to this. Again they seemed to have turned if off for my test drive and picking it up. The reason I say this is that when the catalytic converters were pulled, they were completely shot. Done to the point that they were disintegrating on the inside. - I saw a few seals that were seeping that were not a concern and the sales guy insured me nothing was dripping on the ground. Shortly after getting it home I had noticed a leak on the ground. It turned out that the lower intake manifold plenum was leaking. Not a small job. There were some other small issues. For all of the above reason. My recommendation would be to stay away from doing business with MS Motors

I bought my SUV from this company. They were very nice and helpful through the whole process. when driving my new vehicle home a warning about the vehicles oil pressure came on. I called them and they had a mechanic looking and fixing my vehicle the very next day even on Christmas eve. They told me that they would take care of all the costs to fix it. This is a fine example of actions speak louder then words and anyone looking to purchase a vehicle should feel totally confidant about this company making sure you are treated fairly. I am more than satisfied thank you MS motors.
