First off the process was very simple, and Jerome made the process easy. However, the dealership seemed very unprofessional, which didn't bother me much but I have to imagine others wouldn't be as patient. The fishbowl in the middle makes things a little awkward. I would have appreciated a little more seriousness when talking about finance, and also I would have liked them to fight for the best rate straight from the beginning.
