I was going home from working out of state and planned to stop in to look at Durango we wanted to purchase. I had an appointment with an associate who knew I was planning my route home specifically to go to their dealership with the high chance of purchasing. The day of my appointment I had a chance to pull off the highway and called and they sold the car I was going to look at earlier that day and didn't have the decency to contact me. Very glad I checked in and didn't drive out of my way for the disappointment.
