Justin and Duff were professional, straight forward and very fair. They gave me a fair trade in on my vehicle and I got a fair price on a very very good truck, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I don’t have enough room in this review to say all of the positive things I want to say about our experience working with and buying from Duff and Investment Auto. Clean vehicles, clean building, and straight forward sales staff. We loved not having to fight the over aggressive sales person that we got at other lots we looks at. We will buy from here again.

I would not buy a car from Investment Auto. We bought a truck from them. It has had nothing but issues. First, the key fob died. Which they did replace. But they wanted to sell us the truck without even test driving it. We eventually drove it and liked it. So we signed the papers and bought the truck. We were called the next day and said we would have to redo the deal if we wanted the truck. Only this time we would have to put money down. This should have been our first sign to walk away. Next came all the electronic issues. Three days after we bought the truck the radio, controls for climate control, lights, and a whole bunch of other things stopped working. We called them and the told us they were going to help us with the issues. We took it to a service center and first thing they did was look at the codes it was giving. There were eight codes. If Investment Auto "did" the 180 point inspection on the vehicle, how did they not catch that. Investment Auto told us to put an aftermarket radio in if we wanted a radio. We are on our own for all the cost to fix a vehicle that should have been fine for more then three days after we bought it. Investment Auto does NOT stand behind their vechiles nor do they care about their customers. They started nice and friendly (typical car salesman) and it all changed. Dont buy a vechile from them. If you do I hope you have better luck then we did.

Very easy very friendly experience. They picked us up from downtown Salt Lake City and drove us right to their shop. Would buy again from them in the future.

This is the place to go to for a new truck. Justin and Duff did everything absolutely perfect. I got what I needed for my trade, and definitely got the truck I needed. THE BEST!

These guys were top notch a plus dudes. I had shopped at 3 other dealerships the same weekend and was about to give up until I found investment. Scott, Justin and duff were all super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my buying experience. Duff helped me to understand the finances by being descriptive, honest and kind. Not only would I recommend others here, I’m buying all my cars here from now on even though it’s 50 miles from my house.

I shopped for a vehicle online and stumbled across a 4-runnner that caught my eye. When I inquired about it, I was put in touch with Scott Vance. This vehicle was in Utah and I live in Colorado. This makes it hard to go check out the vehicle on a whim, so I could have been at a disadvantage on this deal, but turns out Scott is honest and sold me a great car. To top it off, he helped me find financing with payments I could afford and had it delivered to a pick up point that met me half way! Even after the deal was complete, he was still able to be reached for additional questions. I’ll buy from them again.

My wife has wanted a lime green Jeep for years. We found one at Investment Auto. It had been on the lot for less than 24 hours. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was never any high pressure sales tactics. I wanted some new tires and rims, as well as leather heated seats. They priced the Jeep with those additions and we closed the deal in very little time. The quality of work was exceptional. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Investment Auto to anyone in the market for nice truck or other 4x4.
