If I could give more than 5-stars, I would. When making any purchase, especially with a vendor who is new to me, I base my experience off of three things: 1. Product--in this case, a Suburban 2. Customer service 3. Integrity and overall impression of the business I have nothing but high marks for Investment Auto. I can say that right away, on the phone before I even came in, and then when test driving and dealing with the personnel on-site, the service and impression were all excellent. Then the integrity part came into play when the Suburban started having oil pressure issues two days after the transaction was completed. The problem was intermittent and therefore not detected during their inspection process (done with a Chevrolet dealership). Justin, the manager of the Brigham City location, stepped up and worked with me to diagnose and solve the issue, turning a potentially negative experience into an extremely positive one. So back to the three experience criteria of product, service, and integrity: the product defect was no fault of theirs, and when I needed service from men with integrity, Justin and Duff came through 110%. I would absolutely do business here again. These are good, honest men of integrity.

Shout out to investment auto! Had some issues when purchasing a vehicle from them however they made it right and were pleasant to work with!! Definitely recommend these guys in purchasing vehicles and definitely will be back to buy again!

We bought a truck - the right truck for us at a fair price - and I drove it home relaxed and satisfied, as if coming home from fine dining.
