Excellent service

Excellent customer service made purchasing a wonderful experience. My wife picked out a fun ride and was excited to get it home. The staff offered her a great price and got us out the door quick so she could start enjoying it. We are customers for life.

Great customer service

Had a very good experience dealingvwith Tony in the service department. He was very informative and efficient. Ash in sales went over and above to help me out while my car was in the shop.

feeling ripped off

I recently took my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in to fix a problem I was having. The problem was getting gas into the tank and the gauge telling me the tank was empty when there was better than half a tank. FIRST visit I was told the problem was the fuel pump because that is where the fuel level sensor was located. So the fuel pump was replaced at a cost of over 400.00. picked up the car , stopped to put gas in the tank and it wouldn't accept the gas. So in for the SECOND visit. This time I was informed the the problem was the tank itself. So 880.00 dollars later I pick up the car and was told the problem was fixed. Well that didn't fix the problem either. Still couldn't get gas into the tank and the guage still dropped to empty when there was better than half a tank. So back into the shop for the THIRD Time for the same problem. I have now spent over a thousand dollars without a solution. I am then informed that there is a second fuel pump that needs replaced at a cost of 435.00. So Now I have paid out over 1600.00 but the problem was finally fixed. My problem with all of this is why wasn't that second fuel pump checked before the new fuel tank was installed and why the new fuel tank wouldn't let fuel in the same way that the old tank did. Payed out 880.00 for the new tank and still had the same problem that your shop said would be fixed with that new tank. The new tank didn't fix the problem but that second fuel pump fixed the entire problem. I feel that I was taken advantage of and charged for parts and work that were not needed. I will never take my car to your shop again.

Good experience!

We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee this week and had a very good experience. Khelil Abida was great to work with - he spent a significant amount of time helping us choose from several models and made efforts to make sure we were comfortable with the process every step of the way. Would be happy to do further business with Khelil and will be recommending to friends.

Easy experience from start to finish Khalil was an excellent and knowledgeable salesman and could not ask for a nicer General Manager in Ted Finance experience was quick and easy with Kevin

Awesome sales consultant Khalil Abida

Thankyou so very much Jim Click Jeep at the Auto mall here in Tucson Arizona Khalil Abida was our awesome salesman we talked on the phone and then he came and picked us up from our house and we were on our way and to my son and I surprise he took us to dinner before we even had gotten to the dealership and signed any papers Khalil Abida really took care of us and bent over backwards to help us get our new Jeep patriot and this all happened on 8/1/16 thankyou Jim Click Jeep and most of all thankyou Khalil Abida. He also had most of our paperwork done so that was awesome also.
