Nice car, customer service not so much
Flew in to pick up the automobile from a neighboring state. Posted automobile with rims but when I came to get it the factory rims were on. Put the back rims on the left side of the car and the front rims on the right side of the car. Mind you they are 2 different sizes. They never gave me or the bank the title. 2 Weeks later and still no title. I call and was told we'll mail it to you but you'll have to pay for expedited shipping. Thanks for the ride from the airport but your customer service was less than stellar. Had I caught a cab your review would be rated even worse. Avoid this dealership.

Okay but not great
car had a bad battery, several lights were lit on the dashboard, although it was a nice car inside and out, I didn't think it was a good deal knowing I would have to pay a few thousand after purchase to fix what they did not. Nice people though

Poor Customer Service
Tried to talk to them about making a cash offer on a car and couldn't get anyone to work with me. I said forget it and took my money elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these people.

Great Experience
I had a great experience with Next Ride Motors. Their vehicles are priced very competitively and they have a nice selection. I'd had my eye on a particular car and went to the dealership for a test drive. They were quick to hand over the keys and I was on the road in just a few minutes. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and at no point did I feel that Shane was trying to oversell me on the vehicle. They were happy to take the car to the mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection, and once I was ready to buy, we worked out an extremely fair deal over the phone. They gladly worked with my credit union to ensure the financing was in place. Ashley had all of my paperwork printed and ready to sign when I arrived back at the dealership, which made the process quick and easy -- I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Any bumps along the way were quickly made right. They are very customer-service oriented and treated me kindly and respectfully. Always remember that if you're buying used, a pre-purchase inspection can definitely shine a lot of light on a vehicle's inner workings and any potential issues. When a dealership is as PPI-friendly as Next Ride Motors, you owe it to yourself to get it checked out before you buy. If there are any issues, they'll gladly make it right or find an alternative for you.

Drove a decent distance because they advertised a miata as a manual transmission when it was really an automatic. HOW can you make that mistake? When I ask the guy helping us he said he just thought it was a manual and listed it without really looking at it. What does it say about a place when they don't care enough about there cars to give them a good look over before they just post it.
