I would not recommend this dealership. They act as if they are honest salesman however they are not. Purchased a vehicle 3weeks ago and have yet to enjoy... driving it. The transmission is slipping, the check engine light is on along with the ABS light. Was told they would fix it but waiting there all day the mechanic cleared the check engine code without even verifying what it was for. Now need a new head gasket, throttle body and transmission. How can ANY one knowingly sell any vehicle to someone in this condition? What do they do, clear all codes prior to selling and hope it won’t come back on?
Overall good experience and did get a great car. Showroom a bit dark but did find the car that fit what we were looking for.
We bought a 2007 Audi from Next Ride Motors, and we had a wonderful experience. They were so friendly, inviting, and performed good business. The car... was due for new brakes before we even saw it, so they immediately put the car in the shop, had the brakes installed, then took it a step further and got the car fully washed and ready to go. They gave us what we needed for our trade-in, and sold the vehicle for what it was worth. They were not misleading, manipulative, or sneaky. Absolute honest, stand-up guys! Will shop here in the future.
My husband and I have purchased vehicles for years in different States and even Countries and the one thing we agree on is that we’ve a) never purchased... a vehicle so fast, b) it’s never been this easy and dealt with such friendly staff, and c) we’ve never purchased a used vehicle in such great condition like this Nissan Versa. I highly recommend them and they are military friendly which was an added bonus. They are USAA approved ✨ Go visit them you won’t regret that you did!
Being a single female, and a very long time since I purchased a car, I was full of anxiety and apprehension to begin looking for a vehicle, the haggling,... and dealing! Not at all my experience here! After being referred to Next Ride, I looked at their vehicles on their website. I made contact with Ron York, who listened to my needs and concerns, and located the reliable vehicle I was looking for! He guided me through the entire process with kindness, patience and sincerity! With much gratitude, thanks for putting me at ease, and making the process painless! Rollin on down the road now! Peggy
I had been looking for a certain make, model and year car and found one at Next Ride Motors in Nashville. Although I'm in another state and 4 hours away... I felt confident after looking over their inventory (on-line) that they were not a fly-by-night operation. I viewed the photos, video, and Carfax, spoke to a salesman and put down a deposit. I arranged for my own financing and pick up the car a few days later. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with my new Pontiac Vibe GT and wouldn't hesitate to buy another car through them.
The sales people I interacted were so helpful and answered all my questions! I have bought a lot of cars over the years and by far this was the best experience... ever!
Very poor customer service. They were nice when we purchased two cars on the same day. But follow up was terrible. They dropped the ball on a promised... lifetime powertrain warranty. I was spoken to very disresptecfully over the phone when I was trying to get the issue resolved. It took over 15 phone calls and countless emails between them and the insurance company. It took 11 days. And they were terrible about calling back. They simply did not care. They made their sale, and that was it. They wouldn't give me the time of day. I will never do business with them again. And I will let all of my friends and family know how I was treated.
Liars. Flat out liars. Sold me a car and said they fixed rotors on the front right. Nope. I "saved" $1500 buying from Next Ride. I will have spent $4000... to fix what they said was a fine car. Just don't. Liars.
Buying here was a mistake. We purchased with an agreement in the bill of sale that a specific issue be fixed, and Next Ride wore us down to the point... that we just about gave up getting it fixed. Six weeks later, it's finally resolved.
