Everyone I dealt with at Princeton Porsche went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I am an elderly driver unfamiliar with the area. Gene was kind enough to meet me and I followed him back to the dealership. The receptionist also helped make me feel comfortable. Gene explained every step of the way what it was they were doing and why.- what the possibilities could be. He touched base explaining what the service people had found and how they were correcting it. (The check coolant level light was on) Definitely a good experience.

overall, a very decent experience. i have used this dealership for the past couple of years. the service personnel are knowledgeable and committed. they recently completed a full service of my 2005 Cayenne and delivered it to my home as a courtesy because i was stuck at work and could not retrieve it. gene and richard called me frequently with updates on my car while it was in the service department and did not perform any work without full explanation and authorization. porsche is not a cheap proposition, but the labor costs at this dealership are at least 30% less than what i was paying in a manhattan dealership. chris galiardo

Service was good. It just kills me how much the mark up is just because you have the Porsche Crest. I just had an alternator put in and it cost me $1,684.00 and that was a after market unit. I was told that the Porsche unit would have cost me $2,400.00. Oh well I will just have take away from some of my Christmas gifts and vacation next year.

I brought my 2009 Cayenne S in because the sound stopped working on my radio, cd, i-pod and navigation. The only thing that worked was the bluetooth for the phone. They tried to upload new computer software and when that didn't work I was given a loaner car, since the anticipated time was 2-2.5 hours to install a new radio system. About 2 hours later I was called and the car was ready. Rather than having to just sit at the dealers, I was able to do some chores, eat lunch and take care of things. That's the way to do business!!!

Princeton Porsche was able to provide service at a moments notice since I did not have an app't, not knowing what to expect with hurricane Irene. Service was prompt, curteous and quick. As I mentioned before, although I've purchased base models from this dealership, I've always felt treated as if I had just bought their latest turbo. Cusomer service as its best.

Generally great service work; done in a timely basis. They are fair in their prices, given the rather high prices for automobile service in this area.

Gene from the dealership worked with me to resolve a very unique problem. Many other dealers would probably tell me to go elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

I took my 2009 Cayenne S in for a regularly scheduled "service." After having called the day prior to my appointment, I show up at the dealer to find out "they didn't have me scheduled..." "I was lucky to get a (dirty) loaner car that was "just dropped off..." -- lucky me. Then, more lucky, I am to find out (after having the car for barely 2 years, bought brand new) that according to Princeton Porsche, it needed (despite the $250+ service fee) the following: - new windshield wiper BLADES - ($131.00.... seriously???) - brake fluid flushing (they said to do it every 2 years) - (~$250.00+) - replace the cap on the rear windshield wiper (only to find out at the last minute that "it was still covered under warranty") - replace brake pads, sensors, rotors, etc... -(~$1800.00... seriously... after only not even 2 years??? I don't drive my vehicle recklessly, nor do I "ride" the brakes... and about 95% of the miles accumulated on my vehicle are highway miles... what's wrong with this scenario???_ - 4 new tires, plus mounting, and leveling, and labor - (~ another $1500)... So, in total, for my practically brand new, not even 2 year old Cayenne S, it was going to cost me nearly $5,000 for a basic service... Not to mention, 2 days later, after getting my vehicle back, the "check oil level" light comes on. I call back to inquire and complain about this, and am told "well, sometimes there are air bubbles and the techs don't actually fill it all the way, so if you would like to bring your vehicle back in, I'll be happy to "top it off for you"... sorry... you should have done that during the regular service, right??? What a joke! Really, overall experience... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Porsche should be humiliated!!! Prior to Don Rosen taking over this dealership, Princeton Porsche was a MUCH better location to deal with!
