Answering of Questions

Never responded to questions asked!! Internet pictures showed back seat of Jag with what looked like...dog chewed leather seats. I asked for clarification. Nothing received. Be careful.

Hi, This could not be more false. We went and took detailed photos which were emailed to you. We always respond to leads. Maybe check your SPAM folder or junk file. We sent 12 pictures. The seats are not chewed by a dog. They show minimal signs of wear which was clearly stated. What more could you expect from a 99 Jaguar with 50,000 miles for under $6,000? We pride ourselves on our superior customer service, and our exemplary reviews show this.

My experience went from good to bad. Andrew was great in understanding that I work the same time their dealer is open and helped me to apply for financing. I applied, but got no answer back. After waiting a day I reached out and was told I wasn?t approved and the financial worker should?ve reached out to me, which he didn?t. Turns out I wasn?t denied and the financial worker was still working on it. I was told the car I was trading in would be valued around $5,500-$6,000 and it would be applied to the overall figure. I understood that my payment could still be around $400 which I was fine with and was told I would be reached out to the day after Christmas. I wasn?t reached out to that day, waited the next day, and had to reach out twice before finding out that my trade in would no longer be valued around the spoken amount but only $2,500. It?s disappointing because the place seems to have great genuine people but I could?ve been helped better throughout the process.

It seems you completely misunderstood what happened here. The value of your vehicle never changed, rather the amount of money that you needed down. Sorry that you misunderstood. Also yes, it was Christmas time and our employees were busy with their families. As a company we always give our employees the time they need with their families around the holidays, so sometimes they are unable to respond when promised, and for that we sincerely apologize

2015 BMW M4

Giovanny was the salesman I contacted at Gary motors. He was very helpful and easy to deal with. I had a very good experience with Gary Motors. We got a lot of the deal done over the phone and thru e-mail since I live out of state, but when I got to the dealership is was in and out in 20 minutes. Overall I?d say everything went smooth and I?d recommend Gary Motors and Giovanny to anyone looking to get a great deal on a car.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

Drove over 3 hours to get here for a Subaru Forester they had online. It was roughly $1500 less than anything closer to me. I called and spoke with Giovanny and then Andrew who were both incredibly helpful and informative. When I arrived the car was out and ready for a test drive. At no time was I pressured to buy the car. I needed financing which they helped me with. Offered a 4 year warranty which I purchased (which was roughly $1,000 less than I was quoted at another dealer for the SAME warranty). When I read they were wholesale to the public I did not quite understand what it meant. Well now I do. Its like buying fruit at the wholesale market. EVERYTHING is cheaper! Highly recommend Gary Motors if you're looking for a pre owned car.

Great experience...quick response ...honesty

Giovanni was great. He explained everything about the car we purchased and showed us what they look for when selecting car they take in. No pressure sales...everything was quick and easy... drove out the same day.

Great experience...fast transaction...no nonsense

Giovanni was extremely helpful and provided a no pressure sales experience. He did a great job explaining the vehicle and showed me things they look for when selecting all their vehicles. Great price topped it off for me. 10x better value than purchasing at the big dealer.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I was interested in a 2004 Expedition Seller's Notes : " Incredible Condition! Fully Loaded! 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4x4 with only 120k miles in absolutely amazing condition ready for a new owner. Runs and drives 100%! Body is gorgeous with no damage to speak of. Great looking alloys with fresh tires all around." I emailed the dealer and he assured me it was rust free and in amazing condition. We drove 4 hours to see this vehicle. What we found was a expedition in fair at best condition. It has rusted out rocker panels ( with a huge rust hole on the underside ) It had a bad exhaust leak, and sounded like a airplane. One of the tires was so dry rotted I would never even have driven it around the block. The other tires had minor dry rotting, but not as bad as the passenger front. It was ROUGH! We walked away at that point, so I can not comment further. BUYER BEWARE!!!

After walking in and telling us that this was the 11th Expedition you'd looked at, and that you drove as far as Virginia to look at a $4,000 car, we knew something would head south. The truck was gorgeous. We told you four new tires were being installed prior to being sold. The HUGE hole was less than a 1/4 inch. Nothing was rotted out. There was no exhaust leak, just the typical 5.4 V8 sound. Hope you found the Expedition of your dreams!

Great buying used car at Gary's auto lodi

Great buying car experienced. Transaction was quick and of course salesman Giovanni was very polite and helpful, he was very responsive and knowledgable on everything you asked him. He even delivered the suv to my house without any hesitation. I am happy with Gary's auto and will get a car from them if needed!!

I Was a Nervious Wreck!!!

I am 35 years old and despite having my license for several years, this is my first car. It is a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring Turbo (silver) with 53,460 miles on it. To say I was a nervous wreck and looking behind every corner, thinking there is a scam to be had, is an understatement. But there wasn't. Giovanni truly does has this "I'm here for you" attitude but wants you to look around and not feel pressured. Look, don't look; whatever make you feel good. Please, do not think that he doesn't care; he just doesn't want to pressure you. In fact, he was so busy he couldn't have even if he wanted to do so. The environment was far more relaxed than the scary images in my head. I'm still taken aback. Anyway, I test drove the car and was super anxious. This is my first car!!! Despite the few issues with it (the sunroof does not work and there was a dint on the passenger side door that was not noticeable in the picture), it is an awesome first car choice. I still have to take it to a mechanic to make sure it is as good as I believe it to be. Long story short, I am writing this review the same day as I picked up the car. I'll reserve my final thoughts until I get comfortable with the car. But as far as the people who work in the office (Giovanni and his office mates), they're good people. Remember, it is a used car. If you have to put some money into it. You more than likely got a good deal on it to begin with it. Man-up and do so. If it ends up draining your wallet, talk to Gio. I feel like he is the kind of guy who will try to assist you in any way he can (up to a reasonable point).
