Great buying car experienced. Transaction was quick and of course salesman Giovanni was very polite and helpful, he was very responsive and knowledgable on everything you asked him. He even delivered the suv to my house without any hesitation. I am happy with Gary's auto and will get a car from them if needed!!

Searched for a month and they had exactly the car I wanted!! Worked with me to get financed and it was as smooth as can be. Best staff!

I am 35 years old and despite having my license for several years, this is my first car. It is a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring Turbo (silver) with 53,460 miles on it. To say I was a nervous wreck and looking behind every corner, thinking there is a scam to be had, is an understatement. But there wasn't. Giovanni truly does has this "I'm here for you" attitude but wants you to look around and not feel pressured. Look, don't look; whatever make you feel good. Please, do not think that he doesn't care; he just doesn't want to pressure you. In fact, he was so busy he couldn't have even if he wanted to do so. The environment was far more relaxed than the scary images in my head. I'm still taken aback. Anyway, I test drove the car and was super anxious. This is my first car!!! Despite the few issues with it (the sunroof does not work and there was a dint on the passenger side door that was not noticeable in the picture), it is an awesome first car choice. I still have to take it to a mechanic to make sure it is as good as I believe it to be. Long story short, I am writing this review the same day as I picked up the car. I'll reserve my final thoughts until I get comfortable with the car. But as far as the people who work in the office (Giovanni and his office mates), they're good people. Remember, it is a used car. If you have to put some money into it. You more than likely got a good deal on it to begin with it. Man-up and do so. If it ends up draining your wallet, talk to Gio. I feel like he is the kind of guy who will try to assist you in any way he can (up to a reasonable point).

I had an excellent experience with Gary Motors. I had been browsing the internet for a while looking for a good buy. I came across a beautiful 2002 MB S600 that looked too good to be true with a price to match. I filled out the online info and within 30 minutes got a call from Giovanni, who was very professional. I made an appointment to see the car the next day, and when I pulled up to the lot, the car was waiting for me. Andrew showed me the car, and it proved to be everything and more than the pictures showed. There was only one thing wrong with the car (sun roof seemed jammed) and he said it was nothing complex, would be fixed if I bought it. After deciding to buy, true to his word the problem was fixed, the transaction was easy with all paper work in order. Again. overall an excellent experience. (Met the owner as well, Gary) everyone that works there is friendly and professional. Thanks guys!! Highly recommend!!

Just finished the purchase of a Subaru WRX from Gary Motors. I live in San Antonio Texas and came across their car. The price was certainly right so I contacted the dealership directly after reading about the car. Worked with Giovanni over the phone who was extremely helpful. I felt very comfortable after speaking with Andrew on the phone (one of the owners) which lead to my deciding to purchase the car via wire transfer and have the car shipped here to me in Texas. They even asked if I wanted a pre sale inspection done, something I was surprised that they would willingly offer. Wired the money, 48 hours later their transporter had the car picked up and the car was to me in Texas three days later. Could not be more pleased with the car, and the price I paid for it is thousands less than they sell for around my area. Highly recommend these guys!

Just bought a car from Gary Motors that I had saw on Cars.com a while back. They had the car for a some time and really worked with me on the price. Over the phone gave me a total description of the car (I am not the easiest of customers) and told me all about every little nick etc. I got there, salesman was super nice, and the best part about the experience was I NEVER felt pressured into anything. Learned it is a family owned business that really does wholesale and offers those prices to the public. Forget the stereotypes these guys are normal and great to work with!

Just bought a 1999 Mercury Sable for back & forth to work, about 110 miles a day. Just purchased a car from Gary Motors this past Saturday. Father and son team in the business for years. These guys know their stuff! Found the car on Cars.com was by far the best deal. No hidden fees or anything of the sort. True "wholesale to the public" as their website promised. I highly recommend buying a car from them. Only downside is that they have wholesale hours...strict 9am to 530pm. Stand up honest guys that I hope to buy from again! Love our new 7 series!
