We purchased a Ford Edge on Sept 6,2024 through Brandon at your dealership. He was very helpful in all aspects of the transaction. The car was detailed and a spare tire included through his efforts. When at the dealership with our daughter he even addressed an air tire problem with her car. From the beginning steps through pickup Brandon was professional and friendly.

I ordered a Ford Maverick in the fall of 2022.
I ordered a Ford Maverick in the fall of 2022. Just picked up my new truck. While the process was long, the delay was not the fault of Bob Thomas Ford. And it was well worth the wait. Steve was informative and great to work with.

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango from this dealership.
I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango from this dealership. I was out of state buyer, and I live about 9 hours away. I really depended on this dealership to be honest with me because it was so far. I asked if anything mechanically or cosmetically was wrong with this vehicle. Justin assured me nothing major was wrong and it was in great shape. Once I drove to the dealership and started looking at the vehicle, I noticed immediately that two of the wheel caps were broken, there was a bigger scratch by the front door, scuffed rim, and small piece of the grill was broken off. The inside was clean for the most part but after looking between the cracks of the seats there was gunk and dirt. The vehicle drove great so that’s why I decided to move forward with the purchase. Some of the things wrong with this vehicle I knew I could fix. This is not a brand-new vehicle so I understand the vehicle won’t be in perfect condition, but it would have been nice if the salesman would have sent me pictures pointing out these flaws and didn’t ignore them or hope I wouldn’t notice. You can’t see these issues in far away pictures/videos. This is not a DODGE dealership, but if this dealership took extra time to fix something like replacing wheel caps it would make a customer feel better about leaving with their purchase vs feeling uneasy about the thought of “is there anything else wrong that they aren’t telling me. ” The dealership did give me $200.00 off. My suggestion to this dealership after my personal experience would be, take time to fix the small things wrong with your vehicles that you can control . Also, just because a scratch, dent, or scuff might not mean anything to the dealer, it most likely will be a concern to the person buying it and spending thousands of dollars. Getting my proof of registration and plates in the mail took a long time. My temp plate only had days left so I reached back out to the dealership about possibly needing another one. People were not calling me back so I reached back out to Justin. I feel like after the deal was made, my business didn’t matter any more. Besides that, ending on a positive note, I think the dealership was clean, majority of the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the quick responses from Justin.
