Never Judge a Book by It's Cover!!!!
I bought a new 2015 GLA my first Mercedes. Months after I drove it home the engine had to be pulled out and recall work had to be done. Then I could hear air in my window behind my head (loudly) and they replaced the rubber. I still remained loyal, loyal enough to send 3 of my co-workers there to buy cars of a variety. I kept the car but had to have frequent visits for one thing or another. I had a service tech that I ask to assign to someone else because my service bill seemed to have things I didn't need on it frequently and when I tried (as a woman) to question the charges or need of the service I was basically treated like a dummy. Anyway after having my car which was intact like a new car with 60000 on it which was low for a MB I had it break down on my 3 times on Sat. I called and couldn't get a loaner to drive to and from work so I had to settle for 2 weeks out without a car to drive. That prompted me to act upon the frequent mailing I get from the Sales Mgr. to buy my car and get a new one. I didn't want the same since it was always down, couldn't sit for more than a week as I was told it was bad for computers etc. When I called about a C class I was interested in that was showing in inventory online, the salesman quickly said do you want a used car I said .....No why would I....I haven't had a used car for 30 years. I ask for details on the black car he quickly said in a very uncomfortable response we don't have that here.......I said hey.....I know you feel if I have a GLA to trade in you may think I can only afford a used car but you he couldn't have been more wrong, but his attitude to me was the straw......I went out Sat traded in the GLA and bought a high end Toyota .....not a MB .....but they wanted me clean GLA with the mats still in the plastic like new and it was perfect with low miles and they gave me unbelievable service....made me feel like I was equal to any other buyer and I took one look drove the car and bought it right then out in 2 hours. "Never EVER judge a book by the cover".......I learned that in the 70s selling trucks.....appearance doesn't reflect the wallet.
Terrible for maintenance
Do not take your car here if you don’t want to spend more than you need. I’ve taken my cars here exactly 4 times and each time they magically find some expensive part that “absolutely needs to be replaced immediately.“ My most recent endeavor with them will be my last when I took my care in for a BTMS sensor light coming on telling me that my tire pressure sensor was misreading and they told me I didn’t have BTMS sensors installed in my rims because I have aftermarket rims on my C300. I then showed them the receipt of my BTMS sensors being installed and their response was “we can’t clear your message because you don’t have BTMS sensors.” The message in my car changed to “BTMS sensors not installed”, which I had never seen before bringing it in so either they removed my BTMS sensors or they didn’t reconnect them. I had asked to change my tires over from my winter to my summer tires and the very next day, one of my tires went flat. I took it to Tire Discounters and they said it looks like it was improperly installed. In conclusion, upon taking my car here, I received an oil change, was lied to about my BTMS sensors being installed and not being able to clear the message I brought it in originally for, given an improperly installed tire and charged over $1,000. They will smile at you and greet you with tremendous professionalism then rob you blind Absolutely would not recommend taking your vehicle here for maintenance.

Ron was great with communication and doing the little things that make the service experience exceptional. I will not buy or have my vehicles serviced at any other dealership!
Great place to do business with, friendly and efficient staff. I would also like to give extra mention to Mike Ronnebaum, he is always very helpful and willing to go the extra distance to satisfy a customer. I appreciate all the help he has given me during my service visits.

Tyler Grefer, Sale Department was most helpful in helping me select my certified used 2018 Class. He understood what I wanted, was able to facilitate all the things associated with my trade-in, the change of registration, and providing a reasonable analysis of my trad-in, and all the other things associated with buying a M-B from Ft. We have a great relationship with Dan Tilley at MBFM. He is easy to work with and always has inventory when we are needing a new Sprinter. He has been able to supply us with 5 vans in the past few years and has beaten other dealers' prices each time. The delivery service has made it super easy to receive these vans without interrupting our busy schedule Also, recent maintenance pickup/delivery service has been a huge help.
Customer for life
First off, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. Dec 11th 2020 I went to this place to check out a SUV that my husband and I researched prior. We were greeted by Martin. Let me just say how much I loved this guy! He's a straight to the point, no xxxxxxxx, working for you and hitting the ball out of the park fella. I can't say that I have ever enjoyed working with any salesman, at a dealership but Martin won me over in 0.5 seconds and never let me down. Keep in mind I am a family of five, which at the moment, my husband and I brought our two youngest (8,10) and they treat them amazingly with snacks and drinks (plus the ever so unforgettable water wall lol). Martin and his staff did their best to get us in and out, which we as a family appreciated. They had staff to help you learn your car and its features which was cool but ALSO they had a loner car that they DELIVERED to us, over an HOUR away and left which they took our suv to get cleaned and polished. Delivered it back beautifully and Martin has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my purchase and making sure everything is taken care of. I really loved my experience with this place and the people. Just cant say enough about all the people that were kind and helpful. Hopefully Martin will remain a great staple of the place when I come to buy my children's cars. Your the whole package, topped with a bow ;)
Todd was very helpful. I highly recommend him as a sales associate. We got a very good deal, even traveling from MA to pick it up.
