I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and attention I received while shopping for and purchasing my used car from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell.... My salesman, Martin Morris, went out of his way to make my buying experience positive. He was very attentive to all my questions and needs and at no time was pushy like many other car salesmen. Martin was extremely detailed in being sure my car was perfect before I brought it home, with no additional cost to me. What impressed me most about Martin and this dealer ship is that I purchased a Honda Accord from them for less than 10k, and I was treated like I was buying a 100k automobile. I can honestly say this has been by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I will be back for my future needs!
I have bought a pre owned Mercedes Benz glc 300 from for Mitchells. I would say this is one of the best deal I have ever done. My dealer mr Morris is a... true gentleman who guided me all the way from end to end in purchasing this car. The quality they maintain is just amazing and the hospitality they show to a customer is excellent. Morris was very supportive and helped me by all means in getting this deal done. I’ve been car shopping a while and couldn’t find just want I wanted, as I’m picky, like my “extras” and wanted to be right in a certain price range. That’s... when my boyfriend said, “have you thought about looking at a MB, some of the used ones are right in your price range”. I have to say I was super apprehensive, but he told me “we’re going to MB Fort Mitchell”. When we got there the cars looked super fancy and I was filled with anxiety. I grew up in West Chester, Ohio, but my family really never had money. I did however, make something of myself and overcame my low-income past. I graduated from Miami University and became a corporate Accountant. With that said, I still felt like the dealership personnel would look at me like I was insane for coming in there thinking I could get a car in my price range. However, they made all my dreams come true. I’m the proud owner of a (very slightly used) fully loaded - 2017 MB C300 – yes, it’s a C-Class, but it’s my first Mercedes and only a couple days in, I’m a MB driver for LIFE! This car is so pretty and drives so well. Plus, it has all the features I could ever want. Our sales man was Craig Cliff, he was very sweet and patient with me. Being an accountant, I ask a lot of questions. He even called the next day after I already purchased the car to just check in. I didn’t actually receive the call, as I missed it, but he left a very nice voicemail message. Not to mention the reveal they did, I’m pretty shy, but it absolutely made me feel special and even happier with my purchase! After I bought the car, they had a guy go through all the car’s features with me and he setup everything on the car just the way I wanted. He also gave me a card and offered to help walk me through anything I would need after I left. That’s outstanding customer service! Overall, I felt like even though I was probably a “low end sale” they treated me just as if I were one of their top customers. I highly recommend MBFM and I am absolutely a customer for life! Thank you MBFM! Oh and did I mention that they got me approved (with less than perfect credit) at a rate no other dealership was able to. Seriously, why buy anywhere else?!
Adil Sultankazy was and is great to work with during the sales process. He treats every customer like they are his most prized. His knowledge is strong... and he goes out of his way to make sure you are well taken care of.
When I first stopped in to the dealership I met Sheryl Fry . She was very helpful and kind and so fun to work with. Although she is new at selling the... sprinter van she was very good at getting everything I needed to finding the van we wanted. Then she introduced me to Dan Tilley who is the sprinter sells manager. He was helpful in every way possible from helping me with the size van to fit our needs to the shelving placement to the final sell . Sheryl and Dan both made the experience easy and fun . They did a great job and I am looking forward to working with them again someday.

I made an out of state purchase (to Massachusetts) and found the... whole experience to be very smooth and professional.
