Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell recognized the increasing

Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell recognized the increasing interest in Sprinter Vans. And they have two consultants that know tons about Sprinters and converting them to a camper van. Both Bennie Barcroft and Dan Tilley have tons of knowledge about Sprinter and how to make it the camper van of your dreams. They were great to work with and made the buying process easy!

I picked up my 2024 Mercedes S500 today.

I picked up my 2024 Mercedes S500 today. It is Beautiful! My Salesman is Anthony Cook and he has been attentive and responsive from the beginning. Today my orientation was given by Noah Lykins. Noah was patient, courteous and helpful. It is a lot of information to try and retain. The problem is me entirely. I could not ask for a nicer young man. Noah will see me again for my remedial course I am sure. I am also sure he will show the same patience and kindness as he did today. The Sales process was also efficient and thorough. Thank you to the Mercedes dealership in Fort Mitchell ,KY. Jerry Shroat

We recently paid $70,000 cash for a new Sprinter Van.

We recently paid $70,000 cash for a new Sprinter Van. We have documentation of dealer agreeing to pay for the Van license plate. We made numerous attempts to resolve this situation. We have contacted Cody, the Sales Manager and have called to speak to the General Manager. Left a message with the General Manager and are still waiting for a call back after more than a week. Apparently, dealer does not hold up to promises made on contract documents. I do not recommend this dealership.

When my back was against the wall Cody stepped up to the plate and pulled me out of a sticky situation. I will put my trust in the sales and service department... they are to notch people and have a customer for life.

We have had issues in the past with services not being

We have had issues in the past with services not being explained. I decided against my better judgement to schedule service once again in the hopes that things would be better. The appointment was scheduled over the phone. A day of work was adjusted to take the vehicle there during lunch and return to work. After arriving and getting checked in, my partner was told we had an issue with our previous service and we are no longer welcome at their dealership for service. When I was upset on my previous experience they had 3 different people contact me on my review and nothing ever came of it. This vehicle was purchased from here but now, due to me being upset our last visit and writing a review we are no longer welcome. To do a review on here you must pick an employee. This review is directed at the dealer and not at the selected staff.

Cody Ripato was very helpful and professional it was pleasure working with him .Cody and Dan have great knowledge of vehicle and purchasing was easy and smoth they made sure that any changes were included in the price to make my decision easy with no pressure.

He is friendly, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took care of all of our needs from finding a van, having it customized, and delivering and answering all of our questions about our wonderful new van.
