I recently purchased a S550 from Mercedes Benz of Ft Mitchell. My sales associate was Adam Bell. I found him to be very knowledgeable of the auto and not pressuring to buy. He spent a great deal of time explain the virtues of the car. My wife and I were very pleased with the experience. All the associates we encountered were courteous and professional. One associate, Erik Metz, is an expert on the systems of the car and is available to educate the owners how to utilize them. All in all we were very satisfied with the buying experience and highly recommend the agency.

A few days ago I purchased a new 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK350 from the Ft Mitchell, KY Mercedes dealership. I have never purchased a Mercedes before, but I have purchased many new cars over the years from a variety of auto manufacturers. My experience with this Mercedes dealership was absolutely "top-shelf" in every way. Our sales associate, Mr. Brian Roberts, was pleasure to work with. Everything from helping us understand the Mercedes brand, to selecting the right vehicle to meet our family needs, he was a consummate professional. Mr. Roberts was without a doubt the best automotive sales associate I have ever done business with. Next, the dealership itself really embodies the Mercedes brand. The building architecture, design, and amenities really sets itself apart from any competitors. Money well spent by the owner! Overall, I was blown away with the vehicle selection, customer service, and transparency by the entire sales and finance teams. Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz is without a doubt the best dealership ever. Now let me tell you about my experience with them. I was surfing the net, looking for a 2012 CLS550 4matic fully loaded, with every option available for 2012. The color I was looking for was White Diamond Mettalic and Cashmere interior. I found 3 cars in the entire country that had what I wanted. I live in Bucks County, Pa. So, naturally you try the dealership that is closest, which was Luxury Haus in Leonia, N.J. about 68 miles away. After some research on the dealership, they came up with a poor and unreputable standing, seemed like they were unhonest. the next was in Gaithersberg, Md. Very reputable dealer but, not a mercedes dealer and could not certify the vehicle. and last Fort Mitchell, Kty. I was talking with Adam Bell a internet salesman, I have to admit all the time I spent telling Adam, about my concerns and condition of the vehicle and that I had a trade-in and needed a ballpark figure on the trade-in before I would drive 596 miles to the dealership. Within 20 minutes, Adam emailed me pictures of the car close up outside and inside, so I could see for myself. He also, took pics of the wheels, no curb rash and looked brand new, This car had the 19" wheels the other 2 had 18" wheels. Everything checked out A+ so, I gave them a deposit over the phone to hold the car. I left on Tues. the 18th of April at 7:00 a.m. and all I hit was delays and bumper to bumper traffic during peak rush hours thought we never get there in time dealership was closing at 7:00p.m. We got there at 6:10 p.m. was exhausted and checked the car took it for a test drive and it was everything Adam said it was. It looked and drove like it was brand new and it was a CPO Certified vehicle. There were few things I wanted done as far minor interior cleaning. Adam asked if we were going to drive back tonight. I said, no way were too tired to do that. So, to our surprise they put us up at the Marriot Hotel for the and fully paid for the room, valet parking, breakfast, and a loaner vehicle 2014 SUV. Adam, told us it was too late to take care of the incidentals today. But, would have the detail guys on first thing in the a.m. Told us to be back at the dealership at 11:30 a.m. I forgot to say when we arrived at the hotel, there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with a card of appreciation for us thanking us for dealing with Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz. We arrived back at the dealership at 12:15 p.m. I checked the car out and was very pleased with what I asked to be re-detailed. The whole transition process from test drive, final price after trade-in, financing, All doc fees and registration went very smooth. Todd, the finance specialist was very helpful in securing the lowest rate possible for the loan. This experience could not have been better. Dan, the sales manager was a very pleasant man with pride and concern for their customers. We were treated like royalty !!!!
