We found this dealership through Cars.Com. The ad said Easy Finance Options Good / Bad / No Credit / No Problem, We Can Help You Finance . We called in advance and spoke to John, who barely responded in one or two word answers, to verify they did "in-house" finance. We drove 45 minutes across town to view the vehicle we were interested in. No one came out to meet us. We went in to find a salesperson since the H3 was locked. The lady behind the desk seemed surprised we were there and asked if she could help us. We told her we had called and were interested in the H3. She got the keys and went out with us to view the H3. The H3 would not start so she had it jump-started for us. She explained they disconnect the batteries because of theft...but even connected it was dead as a doornail. The lady, whose name is Sami, was friendly and polite. She offered to let us take it to AutoZone for a free diagnostic test. So we did. The H3 did not have enough gas to make it there so we put $5 worth of gas in, which we did not get reimbursed for. It passed the test with no problems found. It was clean on the inside but the outside was very dirty. It had an obvious alignment problem visible from the bald wear on the inside of the tires including the bald spare. The tires were cracked and looked dry rotted. The cupholder was broken, as well as the seat adjustments for the driver side. The radio antennae was snapped off as well. I asked about the alignment and she said that it was "as is". She let us examine it in solitude until we were satisfied. We went in to start the buying process. She immediately wanted to run our credit. We told her we had to do in-house due to a poor credit rating. She said to do in-house we had to have $2500 dollars down, which we did not have. She later stated that it would not do any good anyway since John would not receive his money until the note was paid-in-full, and he did not want to wait that long. So basically, in-house was never an option they intended to honor. She wanted to try our credit, even though we told her it would not pass. It did not pass! So, all in all, a total waste of time. It is a good thing she was so nice, or we would have been very angry at the false claim to "Easy Finance Options Good / Bad / No Credit / No Problem, We Can Help You Finance ". If I had the kind of money they want down, and the high credit score they want to accept....why on earth would I buy an old 2006 high mileage vehicle instead of a brand spanking new vehicle like I ended up getting at Don Herring Mitsubishi hours later that same day? Save your time and money, go to Don Herring Mitsubishi in Plano and ask for Simon, tell him Mary C, and Cody E sent you!

Sat at the establishment all day for them to supposedly fix an issue and they told us to come back another day to get it fixed. So we waited on them to call us and when they did they said that they will not fix the headlight or ac when they stated they were.
