We had a great car buying experience here. We had been shopping around and knew the market for the car we were interested in. I pre-negotiated the price on the phone and it did not change when we got there which is a big deal, trust me. They are honest and straight forward.John took good care of us.

Wow. I had read the bad reviews, but I found a vehicle I really liked here so I decided to roll the dice. John and I settled on a price. The day I went in to finalize everything I'm told the computer system wasn't working and that he'd call me the next day when the paperwork was complete so I could come in and sign. No call. I call John the next day and he tells me he has to increase the price. The figure he asked for was still in my budget, so I agreed. He told me he'd call me the next morning when everything was ready. No call. I call John the next day and what do you know, the price has gone up again. I ended up refusing and bought a similar vehicle from a more reputable place that was cheaper than John's last "offer".
