From Utah on a road trip with my travel trailer when I had a problem with my Ford truck. Checked with a couple shops in Anderson met Jeff the tech at Southside and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and his experience, he shot me straight, squeezed me in, got me done quick while I waited a few hours and I was on the road again. The bill was right on the money with the estimate and the price was good. Met the owner Dave while I waited, very friendly people, a good experience, and I highly recommend.

David was relaxed, patient, informative, and direct during my used car search. I haven't purchased a vehicle yet, but when the time comes, I will return to Southside Automotive of Anderson because he made me feel so welcome without any of the usual high pressure sales tactics or sleazy condescension. David also took the time to share prudent information regarding my current vehicle's history, value, and options for getting the best price for trade-in or resale. Thanks, Dave! Our shopping experience at Southside Motors was very good. Looking for a specific car: 2010 BMW 328i and we found one here. It is a hardtop convertible with fairly low miles: 45,000. The car is in excellent condition and David Amadio helped us with a great price, too. Southside was very professional, inspecting the BMW and making several minor repairs before allowing us to take delivery.

Dave is a great person to buy a car from,honest, will tell you exactly what you are getting and if it right for you. Tell him what you want and the price range, he will work with you.

Was looking for a good solid used truck and came across Southside Automotive Of Anderson, a long haul for me since I'm from Southside of Chicago. Called and inquired about the truck I was interested in. Sales man was very informative and helpful. Told him I'd be down to look at it first thing Monday morning. Told me to come on down! "They gave me an offer I couldn't refuse ! " Being from Chicago I understood, and I drove away with a sweet deal, and a sharp 2013 Chevy Silverado LT. Well worth the drive! "forget about it" !

Southside Auto, thank you for looking out for my grandmother. She took her car into another dealership for an oil change and left in tears with a rental car and an estimate for over $3800. I have taken my car to Southside over a dozen times in the past and they care about customer service, so I asked if they would verify the repairs needed. Southside took the time to confirm what two other independent auto repair businesses eventually told me: the repairs were not necessary for safety, and wouldn't be for at least 6 more months (tires do wear out). 3 service techs at different companies all agreed that at most, the bill should be under $1000. Southside now primarily sells cars, so it meant even more that the owner took over a half hour to work with me and confirm these suspicions. In fact, they doubled down and made an offer to buy my grandmother's car at a more than reasonable price if she wanted to sell it! They took the time to show me why the repairs were not needed, and how to check for myself in the future if needed. They clearly had nothing to hide. I am so gratetful to Southside for their years of honest and reasonably priced repairs, and they will be my first choice to look next time I need an excellent used car (or to sell one). Thank you Southside for going above and beyond because you actually care about the customers too, not just the cars.

I was allowed to walk the lot freely. When I arrived I found the car that they had listed online. It was exactly as described. They were very helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. David is extremely knowledgeable of used cars. He will not put anything on his lot that is not up to his standards.

Five stars all the way, needed an inexpensive car while mine was in the body shop, my fault tree jumped in front of my Tahoe. Found a sun fire to fit my needs great price, easy no stress environment!

This little convertible is awesome! Dave was incredibly easy to deal with and was totally upfront with me regarding the condition of the car prior to my driving from IL to see it. He has integrity, puts no pressure on making a deal happen and he made this a terrific buying experience.

I had cash to buy a brand new car, test drove many and they all hurt my back within minutes of the test drive. I was driving past Southside and this little grey Saab spoke to me. I took my dad and son back to look at the car, test drove it and it and it felt like the seats were molded for my back on a painful day. I ended up purchasing it, but had a hold on a recent insurance check and Dave held the car on a 200.00 deposit until my hold expired. I have since then stopped to ask advice on my car as well as other cars in my family and Dave is awesome to help me and makes me feel like he is glad I came back. Recently I had a general maintenance coming up and had developed a vibration in the drive train. I stopped and asked Dave's advice and he hopped in the car for a test drive and then measured my tire tread and told me this could be contributing to the issue. I replaced the tires and the vibration improved some but it was still in need of the maintenance. I asked Dave for the best place to have it serviced and he said he wished he had a good place as they don't service transmissions. So I returned to another gentleman that I had used before. I have my car back in tip top shape and I have Dave's advice to thank for that. He knows his cars and is not the type of dealer that sells you a car, shakes your hand and forgets you. He is there to advise and help long after the purchase. I picked my car up in late October 2015. I honestly don't think I will ever buy a car from another dealer again. The customer service is above and beyond any I have ever seen. Whenever someone tells me they are looking for a good used car I tell them go see Dave at Southside, IF someone says I can't find a good, reasonable place to get my car repaired I say go see Dave at Southside. It is apparent that he does what he loves, his cars are nice, in good repair, he is willing to fix things you question when looking at a car and he does not forget you after you purchase a car from him. The dealership is clean and welcoming even the shop is neat and organized. His staff is always friendly and polite.
