I purchased a '09 Honda CR-V today from Greg Phillips at...

I purchased a '09 Honda CR-V today from Greg Phillips at David Wheeler Honda in Easton. This was the second stop on our shopping trip. My husband and I stopped at a Toyota dealer first and no one came out to speak to us at all. In fact, we were ignored by the only sales person on the lot so we moved on - right next door, well, a couple miles down the road. Greg was outside when we pulled up, broken foot and all, and spoke to us. His was very personable and friendly. We felt comfortable with him right away. He asked what we were looking for and led us to a couple vehicles that really weren't our thing. When I told him what I was currently driving he knew right away what I wanted. His manner when speaking with us, explaining all the particulars and other whatnots, was like talking with someone we'd known for years. Car shopping is always an ordeal, but our experience was surprisingly pleasant. I would recommend both Greg and the dealership to anyone.

My wife and I have puchased many new cars during our 50+ years of adult life. Greg Phillips and David Wheeler Honda have given us the best new car purchase experiences we have had during that time. Greg Phillips, the sales consultant, was curteous, informed, to the point with what the dealership would and could do to make us feel good about our purchase. He didn't waste our time, yet we were not subject to any "high pressure" sales tactics. We test drove two vehicles and could have driven more if we thought it necessary. After the agreed sale we were introduced to service personnel (Ron Martin) as well as to the finance and insurance specialist (John Ireland)who closed the administrative part of the transaction. All interfaces were positive, pleasant, and informative. We will definitely recommend the dealership and the sales consultant, Greg Phillips, to others that we know are considering the purchase of a new vehicle.

Have had the opportunity to purchase two vehicles with David Wheeler Honda. David Cox has sold both of my vehicles to me. He is a sincere confident person that always provides Outstanding Assistance. I will purchase my third Vehicle when we are ready but the Quality of Honda products is so superior, it may be later than sooner. Now I have the honor of dealing with the Service Department. Ron Martin has exceptional Customer Service skills and continues to keep my vehicles in superior condition. It is pleasure to deal with this dealership as they know how to provide their customers with the whole package. I trust and respect this Dealership. Thank you for a "Job Well Done"

HORRIBLE experience. The service dept acknowledged a...

HORRIBLE experience. The service dept acknowledged a problem with our 09 Odyssey, which was still under warranty, but would not fix it, claiming "there was no fix". The problem we had was something that many other honda owners were having trouble with as well and the fix was expensive and difficult. They had a Honda service rep look at our vehicle, he was rude and condescending beyond belief. Knowing the safety concerns related to the problem our vehicle had, they still refused to fix it. After multiple attempts to discuss our concerns with the owner, Mr. Wheeler and the General Manager--THEY NEVER returned our calls, emails or posts on the dealerships' facebook page. Instead THEY DELETED our posts, reaching out to them and BLOCKED us from their page!!! Customer service at it's best---

If you're looking for a high quality vehicle at a...

If you're looking for a high quality vehicle at a reasonable price then David Wheeler Cars is the place to go. As an added bonus, you won't have the experience of dealing with pushy sales people like you get with many of the other dealers. I just purchased a new Honda Accord from David Wheeler and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! And I have been buying cars for over 40 years. A special thanks goes out to my salesman, Dave Cox! His professionalism in customer relations is outstanding! Thanks for all your help in chosing the right vehicle to meet my needs. The finance manager, John Ireland was exceptional as well. He took the time to explain all the options and offers available. But, he wasn't condescending the way so many others I've encountered at other dealerships are. I will be back. And I will tell everyone I know who is looking for a new car to skip all the other dealers and head right to David Wheeler Cars.

Very courteous, UN-stressfull environment. Negotiations were positive and timely. James McCrea was friendly without being pushy during the sale which is important to today's buyer.

I would like to take a few minutes to compliment you and your staff for a wonderful car buying experience. A couple of weeks ago we were in search of a Honda CRV. Wanting to stay close to home we started at Pohanka in Salisbury, where my initial contact with their sales manager was a buyers nightmare. I will never go back there. The very next day we visited your dealership where I was welcomed and treated like a customer should be. Our salesman, David Cox was without a doubt the most personable car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was someone that we knew right away that we wanted to do business with. He is warm, bright, courteous and very easy to talk to and trust. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. We arrived at 6:00 PM and were on our way home with our CRV by 9:00. I have always felt that a Honda was the best and most reliable car on the road, this is our 5th and we will always shop with David Cox first. I have highly recommended David to my co-workers and family. Also I must give credit to the sales manager on staff that night, I can't remember her name but she was great as well. With employees like these it is easy to see why your business is successful and growing. Keep up the good work.

James was fantastic. I provided the general specs of the car we wanted and he found it the next day. The car is used, but super clean and runs great. James listened to our desires and limitations and never tried to "upsell". Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Vince Kelly

By far the best auto purchase experience I have had in over 40 years. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, follow up, etc. all four star. There was absolutely no pressure and the salesman was extraordinarily honest and forthcoming. The follow up service was excellent and made an effort to accommodate my schedule needs. William Knight

So unlike the other 6 dealers I visited before. Nice, honest folks. No pressure and a real willingness to let you walk away and buy when you are ready. The car retail business is so much with poor sales people that want to 'stick you in the ceiling' and bring you down with the b.s. sales tacticts like: * What payment are you looking for? * Up to how much are you willing to put down? * I know what the bank wants to see from you, to get you in this car! I'm happy to have found a dealer that wants to help me buy and not get me sold. These guys are worth the trip.
