Just bought a 2019 expedition. My salesman Steve was wonderful up. Very helpful. Ordered it in. He kept me up to date on production and taught me how all the new gadgets work.

I saw a truck online that I wanted to check out. The team and I texted back and forth a few times to make sure it was going to be worth driving about 2 hours. Cody had the truck waiting on me when I got there and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions, and was very polite and respectful in doing so.

Would recommend this dealership highly. Our salesman was Sam Bays. He was so helpful and kind in answering our many questions and helping us ! He is top notch Have already recommended him to three of our friends looking for a new car. Give him a big raise!!!!

Russell and I were very pleased to be treated so nice. Cody is very pleasant, nice, just reminded us of our grandson's. Couldn't have been more helpful is showing us how to navigate all the buttons on the dash. Didn't appear rushed to get us out the door, Chuck very efficient in handling all the paper work., and very pleasant at all times.

I went into the dealership without my car to trade (it's at another dealership having a new engine put in) and was still able to trade my car. I found a car that looked great, ran great and had very low mileage. I didn't get any argument over what I thought I should get out of my car. The whole staff was very pleasant to deal with and Steve was extremely accommodating. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLOCKNER SOUTH POINT FORD!
