Service department was negligent when replacing parts on pickup, didn’t make certain wheel was torqued correctly and denied any responsibility. Chris is service manager.

Came to Glockner to look at a Jeep Wrangler. The dealer was nice and on average just about like every other dealer. During the negotiation process the dealer would not offer a 30 day warranty on a certified pre-owned vehicle. At Glockner, the customer pays for the mechanical work, upgrades, fixes to make it a certified pre owned and the will not stand by the 30 day warranty they have on the window. We havent experienced any problems with the vehicle but the 30 day peace of mind isnt there. To do it over again, I would have passed and went somewhere else.

Love my F350! Steve Bowker and his team made it extremely easy. They hooked me up with a local shop that did some modifications and rolled everything into my loan. If I needed another vehicle I would go to Glockner and see Steve again!

Went to south point ford and highly would not recommend bought a vehicle and its a xxx! Had it there 2 days aftee buying the vehicle for transmission issues and on top of alot other issues that was minor. Had it in there for transmission issues for 3x and everytime same answer its fine nothint is wrong w it thats how it shifts its to be a hard shift they xxxxed me over till warranty is up and transmission shifted hard toll today when it locked up to point almost caused an accident i would not buy from these people! Scam artist!

After 14 years finally got another truck 2020 F150 . I have been looking for awhile and found it on there Facebook page. Great place to buy a truck.
