Michael Tsuji made the buying experience enjoyable. He kept us informed from the time we ordered the car until its arrival 5 months later. He spent a good amount of time explaining all the controls and functions when we picked up the car. He is a great asset to your company.

I worked with Ryan Bonino - all the way from a phone call

I worked with Ryan Bonino - all the way from a phone call on Saturday to purchase on Tuesday. He was super helpful and very responsive, and worked to fins something within my price range. I thought I was going to go with a certified pre-owned, but he was able to find me a brand new, just arrived on the lot 2023. He held it for me until he got back in on Tuesday and made the process very seamless and enjoyable. I have been a MINI loyalist my entire adult life and had gotten used to their level of service, and it was important to find something in the same class. Audi met and even exceeded my expectations in that way, and in addition to loving my new car, I feel really great about my brand switch and decision! Will definitely refer friends and family and can see myself going back anytime I need anything car-wise. THANK YOU!

Wonderful experience at Audi Flats

Chris was the first salesperson to approach me when I was looking at the car I was interested in.To be honest, I thought nobody would approach me when I was looking at cars because I look young and I?m a female. It felt good that Chris cared about me. He was very kind and welcoming and made sure that I was getting taken care of. I came back later that day with my step dad to test drive it. Porter helped us since Chris was busy and I didn?t mind because Porter was also very kind and he wanted to help us out. Porter was so patient with us, we took the car out and it was a manual. I haven?t driven a manual in over 2 years and I wasn?t used the clutch so I kept stalling in a parking lot. He was patient with us and gave me some tips with driving. I felt like we were truly getting taken care of by Porter because he was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He?s really a great person. I decided I wanted to buy my car we were test driving, even though I was struggling to drive it. Porter helped us out through the whole car buying process and through that I met Kristan, Jay, Michelle, and Kristi. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Even a few days after buying my car Porter called me and emailed me to make sure I was doing okay with the car I had just bought. I had to come back to drop off some paperwork and again Kristi and Michelle were there to help me out. Overall, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I?m very glad I got my car here at Audi Flatirons.

Initially, it was a pretty good experience.

Initially, it was a pretty good experience. It was when I attempted to trade my recently purchased (70 days prior) vehicle in that I discovered how bad of a deal I got and the exorbitant cost of financing that this dealership places on its vehicles. Never again will I purchase or service a vehicle here.
