Misdiagnosed my car twice while trying to charge $5,000 for things that were not issues which is riduculos concerding it is $250 a hour for just a diagnosis. Not to mention Parker lied to me when he said the extended warranty I have on the car wouldnt cover the repairs when turns out he never submitted a claim and they did end up covering some of the cost for the repairs once we let Blayne handle my claim. Completely un-trustworthy and not able to diagnosis car they specialize in, would not reccommend unless you are working with Blayne.

Wow. We bought a used car ( fantastic find!) and Jim helped us with everything without any pressure. Not even an Audi but we got star customer treatment! Had a problem with air conditioner and he got it right back in for a fix- even though the deal was a purchase "as is". You can't beat that for integrity and service! Even got a gorgeous Audi loaner car!!! Next car? Coming to Jim!
