I've bought 8 cars in the last 13 years (Infiniti, Toyota (X2), Honda, Nissan, Volvo, and BMW) and Audi Flatirons was one of the best car buying experiences. Amanda Montes is great to work with. Always prompt to respond via email and phone. Class act all around. Provided the information that was needed to be able to purchase. Thank you Amanda for making this a smooth, simple, painless car buying experience! Historically, the finance department is one of the parts I dread most about car buying. Worked with Michelle and Dave...while they did offer several options to "protect" the vehicle, there was so "scare tactics" deployed to have you purchase things you didn't need. Thank you Audi Flatirons!

Michelle is also great to give us her personal attention to our car buying process. She greets us when we ordered the car and again when we picked up the car. Kristan is fun to talk too! My husband handles all the paperwork with her smoothly!

My experience at Flatirons Audi was great.
My experience at Flatirons Audi was great. Everyone was super friendly and made the whole experience great. Jeremy, was awesome, he really knows the ins & outs of the product. Kristan the finance manager was able to get me a great rate & helped me save a little money on my monthly payment. The entire management staff was extremely friendly and made the whole process a pleasant experience.

Deal was fair and friendly. I loved the no-haggle KBB average trade-in policy and I appreciate not having to contend with a $3,000 premium over MSRP that some other dealers try to impose in this reduced supply market. Paul was friendly and efficient. Ryan was really on top of his game. We set up "MyAudi" account, financing, mutually agreeable delivery, all remotely. The car was ready to go. Ryan spent unlimited time explaining the features. The sales manager, Michelle, was very courteous and gracious and the gifted perks were a nice touch too.
