Terrible place. Sold me a van that needs very expensive repairs. They made sure to wait out there 30 day “warranty” period. Still haven’t heard back from them. Will be making a claim with BBB.

BMW broke down after 3 months lemon asss car and they wouldn't give no refund. When they said I can trade with out the year so xxxx them dont go through this xxxxxxxx place ....

Went to look at few cars on their lot. Wide variety of used cars. Test drove few of them but one of them fit my needs. So I bought it. Very reasonable prices compared to other dealerships. Will definitely come back for another car

I bought a car from here in January. Since then I have spent over $2000 in repairs. Check engine light will not go off. Dealer does not care.

Very very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about their inventory. Very nice cars. They help out their customers a lot I mean it a lot. Never had any issues from the purchase. Always greet with respect and professionalism. I will be back for another car. I appreciate all of your help

We went to car source looking to purchase 2 vehicles and willing to spend $10-$15k on the spot. The rep that sold us our first vehicle stated, and I quote, "some dealerships will just clear the code so that the check engine light is not on. This truck needed an O2 sensor but it was already done and we know because there was a receipt in it when we bought it". Well, the very day after we bought our truck (and I am not exaggerating by the next day part) the check engine light came on. There were many exchanges between the dealership and I after that point. They repaired the catalytic converted, the o2 sensor, brakes and rotors. However, the check engine light came on again. Long story short I took the car to my own reputable mechanic, which I was trying to avoid paying out of pocket for this all, and the mechanics at car source botched the repairs. The owner Sam refused to take any ownership. We played nothing but phone games back and forth. I would NEVER suggest this dealership to ANYONE.

This dealership took days to return my phone calls and emails. Once I finally got them to write a purchase contract for my bank, I drove over an hour to pick it up just for them to say it was broken and they weren’t able to sell it to me. Thoroughly disappointed.

I brought a car here and in 2 weeks (14) days exactly the car broke down and the repairs will cost me more than the car is worth.. Went back to the dealership and they refuse to do anything . Bad Dealership and bad customer service.

I drove 3 hours out of my way to look at a car that was listed as “like new inside and out”. It was anything but that. The radio/navigation screen was burned out. The glove box had a broken hinge so when you open the door it almost falls off. Seats were torn. The cars here are not in the shape or condition listed on cars.com. Deceptive advertising.

These people sold me a car that broke down within weeks. Such a shame i trusted them. This place needs to be shut down ASAP.
