From start to finish we had a great experience!

From start to finish we had a great experience! Jason, the salesman who helped us first, was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He managed to get us a price we were comfortable with but I had just started shopping seriously and wanted to check out a few other options. We came back a few days later and Zay helped us close the deal. Neither salesmen were pushy. They were easy to talk with and gave us plenty of time to ourselves to discuss. Love my new (to me) car!

I brought my commercial truck RAM 3500 2020 to Piedmont

I brought my commercial truck RAM 3500 2020 to Piedmont Dodge Chrysler dealership in December 2022 to fix it. My truck had numerous issues, which is covered by my extended warranty. I explained it had very good coverage that would cover all repair. First, they were not able to find our warranty. 2 months later, I provided warranty case # and phone number. We had communication via email. Last week, I called to find out if my truck was fixed, 4 months latter. They done nothing. Moreover, they replaced 2 batteries which was replaced in October 2022 for $400 and wanted me to pay for it $650. I provided receipt for it, but they demanded payment. They said that I don’t have extended warranty on my truck. Same day, I called to my extended warranty department and opened case. Came next day to find out. They done nothing for 4 and a half months, instead broken front window in my truck and denied replacement of window. Have most horrible experience with this dishonest dealership. Not recommend to anyone. Recommend to stay away if you don’t want to lose your money, and have broken window.

They clearly mismatched the price of their car.

They clearly mismatched the price of their car. Total bait and switch. As soon as I called they said it was the discounted version based on a multitude of qualifications. My price would have been 15k more. In my book that is shady.

This is what I saw on cars.com. What I was quoted was almost 15k more. 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport $35,115 000 mi. Exterior color: Sting-Gray Clearcoat Interior color: Black Transmission: Manual Stock number: C21846 VIN: 1C4HJXDG0NW142854
